I have spent the entire day once again trying to get help with closing my father's account. Elizabeth Blair promised to assist me and get back to me last week. Despite being in on Friday, I still haven't received any direct contact number. Kindly have Elizabeth or her manager reach out to me concerning the estate of Don M Harmon's revocable living trust dated December 22, [redacted]. DWS has requested extensive paperwork, which I have already submitted. I am the delegated TTE for Account [redacted]7. While I understand you must be busy, I would appreciate it if someone could address my inquiry promptly. Thank you, Linda Harmon Marvin.

Account #[redacted]8: My sister, Rosemary T., has dementia and resides in a memory care facility. I am her financial power of attorney. I submitted the necessary documents to the Kansas City, MO address for this account a month ago but have not received confirmation of receipt or acceptance of my POA status. I reached out to customer service twice, but they were unable to provide any helpful information. I am unsure of the timeline for processing the paperwork and if they will acknowledge my notarized submission. Thank you for any assistance provided. Ray R.
