I ordered a watch from Germany and it was shipped via VHL. I paid for the import fee and have the receipt. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery during the holiday period. They left a note saying I can pick it up at a nearby location which is an hour away, making it difficult for me. I wonder if there's a way to request a second delivery attempt to my address.
