I received a package from a friend via DHL with tracking number CY[redacted]11DE. The correct address is for Mr. Bill Mia at [redacted] Main Road, Gran Couva, Trinidad, West Indies. When I tracked the package, it showed that it had been sent to the postal service in India instead of the Caribbean. It appears that there was a misunderstanding at DHL, where West Indies was interpreted as India. My package with tracking number [redacted] made it to Cebu from the UK after two stops in just two days. Unfortunately, it seems to be stuck there now. I received notifications on Saturday and Monday, but nothing today, Tuesday. The delivery date of the 12th to 14th won't work for me, I need it on Thursday or Friday. The parcel weighs 8 kilograms and the value is [redacted] pesos, well within the acceptable limits. It has already passed through customs in the UK, Germany, and Hong Kong. Please expedite the delivery today.

Hello, I wanted to share an unsettling experience my mother and nephew had around 4:00 or 4:30 at a playground near my father's work. They were stalked by someone who works at DHL. Despite feeling unwell and not being there, I was deeply concerned. The individual made their stalking behavior very obvious by circling around multiple times, parking at the playground, and watching them. My nephew is just 4 years old, and my mother is unwell, adding to the distress of the situation. Fortunately, after my mother took photos and videos of the stalker and pretended to call the authorities, he left. It's unclear what his intentions were, but I am relieved they are safe. I feel it's important to alert others with young family members to be cautious. Stay safe and consider having self-defense items like mace or a knife. Wishing everyone a peaceful night. A DHL employee made false accusations on Christmas Eve, which deeply upset my family and me. Could you please advise me on where to report this employee using his DHL ID? Those who work for DHL should uphold company standards and not engage in such behavior. Our entire community feels the same way. I want to bring attention to his actions, as such mistreatment is unacceptable, particularly during the holiday season.

I was charged by Alpilean-29 for 9 bottles of Apilean-29 from their website. I had ordered 3 bottles, which I charged to my credit card and paid through ClickBank. My credit card company posted the charges for the 9 bottles, which are being disputed. Alpilean mentioned that they would refund me $[redacted] for the 9 bottles if I refuse delivery from DHL. I won't be home to accept the package, and no authorized adult will be available to receive it. If DHL delivers without proof of acceptance, how can I return the unopened package for a guaranteed refund? Despite reaching out to Apilean and ClickBank, I haven't received a response. Can I bring the unaccepted package to a DHL drop-off location without extra charges, ensuring the return of the 9 bottles for a refund?

Good day, I placed an order with the Cayman office last week, and they mentioned that customs flagged it for inspection on Tuesday or Wednesday. They assured me that I would receive it by Tuesday, but when I checked on Wednesday, customs still had it for inspection. Today (Friday), I asked for the invoice from MyMalls and eBay. They claimed it was loaded on their form, but it hadn't been. I visited customs, and they said they flagged it but had completed their part. My information was on the DHL form, and they printed it for me. Upon returning, they said someone would pull it today. This service has been the slowest and most incompetent I have ever encountered. I will do my best not to use this service again. The wait for a package over a week is unacceptable.

On January 25th, DHL visited my home, but despite my clear instructions on the storm door to ring the doorbell, the driver knocked instead and left a missed delivery card. Despite having the porch light on and being hard of hearing, I could not receive the package. The driver claimed to have attempted deliveries on January 26th and 27th, but they never showed up. I've reached out multiple times to no avail. The $[redacted] package is now missing, and I feel frustrated by the situation. I advise against using DHL due to this experience.

I spoke to a representative yesterday. I just want to confirm the status of my package scheduled for delivery today. The delivery person claimed I wasn't at my address, although I've been present there for two consecutive days. The first delivery went smoothly, and on the tracking map, I could see the delivery person was just five minutes away from my house but didn't show up. My house is on a dirt road surrounded by other residences, making it easy to find. I was informed that a request would be made for delivery yesterday or today, yet my tracking information lacks a specific delivery date. I'm concerned that the delivery person is mishandling my package by falsely stating attempts were made to deliver. I recognize the challenges of delivery schedules, but it's unacceptable to inaccurately mark deliveries when we are actively present at the location.

I ordered a piece of spa equipment from Switzerland, scheduled to arrive last Thursday, May 17th. The driver claimed the address read "Oakland" instead of "Oakley," which I find hard to believe as I confirmed my address when I paid through my PayPal account. After making the correction, I was informed the delivery would be delayed until Tuesday the 23rd. However, the item did not arrive as promised. It is now Wednesday the 24th, and I have not received any further updates, contacts, or a support number to address this issue. I am extremely dissatisfied as I had to postpone appointments with my clients who were counting on the equipment. This situation is causing me great frustration and inconvenience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your company. My equipment was mistakenly taken to the wrong city when the correct destination was Oakley and not Oakland, despite the zip code being accurate. Following this error, I was wrongly informed I would have to wait an additional 6 days for the correct delivery, covering just a 40-mile distance. The address was eventually corrected, with the promised delivery date passing without receiving my equipment as assured. There has been a lack of communication as today is the 24th, and I have yet to hear anything. This neglect has caused me to lose business, as the valuable $[redacted] piece of equipment is still missing.
