Hello, my three orders have not arrived but were returned to the sender, and I have already paid! Order numbers: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. I also spoke with the post office that had my package, and they said my packages were returned because I did not write the doorbell name when I placed the order. I then contacted them and asked them to resend my package to Karina (Granici Doorbell Name) but have not received a response! I have paid for it! Please try to inform the senders to give me an email personally to resolve where they will send me my packages. Thank you very much!

I ordered 60 [redacted] puff pods for a total of [redacted] euros on August 26, [redacted], expecting them by September 9, [redacted]. The seller informed me the package was stopped at German customs and would be resent by September 18. After reaching out for tracking information, the seller promised to investigate but has since stopped responding to my messages. Despite attempting to contact them on September 18 and 19, the messages have gone unanswered. Today, September 22, they still haven't replied. I am a new customer and recently placed an order for some shoes. However, my account was unexpectedly closed due to safety reasons, which I found quite upsetting as I am eager to receive my shoes. I am hoping to either get my shoes delivered promptly or receive a refund for the payment I made. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be taking legal action. Kindly provide me with an update on the situation as I am very eager to get my hands on my ordered shoes.

Hello, I recently made a purchase and unfortunately, I have only received half of my order. I had ordered four bags, but I only received a package containing two bags. The package was small and came in a photo box that I could provide pictures of if needed. The second package, which should have had the remaining two bags, never made it to my home, the postal bank, or the relay point. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but they have been unresponsive. I am hoping to find a resolution through mediation, either by receiving the missing bags or getting a refund. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for boots on DHgate, but unfortunately, the seller never shipped the item to my address. Despite my attempts to contact them, they have not responded. The order number is [redacted][redacted]43. I have tried to open a dispute, but the platform is asking for evidence which I cannot provide since I never received the shoes. The shoes were returned to the seller, and I have not received a refund. I am extremely disappointed by this situation.

As shown in the photos, the package details were handed to the courier on 09/13. After not receiving updates for about two weeks post-purchase, I reported this to the seller. Subsequently, the package information appeared to be given to the courier on 09/26. The seller advised me to wait for the package, however, considerable time has elapsed and I am no longer keen on receiving my order. Hence, I am requesting a complete refund.

I attached photos showing that the package details were first handed over to the courier on 09/13. I contacted the seller around 2 weeks after making the purchase as I hadn’t received any updates. Subsequently, the information was shared with the courier on 09/26. The seller advised me to wait for the package, but it has been too long now, and I no longer wish to receive the item. Option: white, Jungle Camouflage-3x6 m, which was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, the one I received is green and not white. The color is not at all what was ordered. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase the Kilian perfume multiple times. Klarna canceled the payment twice immediately, but it went through on the third try using Skill Trap. However, Klarna still debited my account for the two failed attempts. I checked the Klarna app, but there's no information about those two payments. I contacted my bank, but they couldn't refund the money since it's from a third party. I also tried reaching out to the seller on Dh Gate, but haven't received a response. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase some shoes, but the final step failed to load. When I tried again, I encountered the same issue. Upon checking my bank balance, I noticed that I was charged for both attempts. Although I received a refund for one transaction after a few days, I still lost money when trying to order the second time. Today, I made another attempt to order the shoes, but unfortunately, I encountered the same problem and lost money once more.

I made a payment for my order on September 23rd. Afterward, the seller notified me that the item I purchased was out of stock. They suggested choosing an alternative, but I had already opted for a transfer and was awaiting its fulfillment by them. However, today, on October 10th, I noticed that the order was canceled without being assigned to anyone. Additionally, I have not received a refund yet. I purchased Pink Glow Gazelle shoes for 64€ using Sofort transfer, and the money has been debited from my account. However, the payment is still pending in the app, and the seller has not received the money yet. According to my Sparkassen app, the money was transferred to Checkout SAS. I understand there may be a delay of 1-3 days for the seller to receive the payment, but the order will be closed within 18 hours on the dhgate app. What should I do in this situation?

I registered my account on the DHGate App on October 11, [redacted], providing all necessary details. After placing a $1.01 order, which has been shipped, and a $8.90 order in processing, I encountered an issue. Upon trying to check my order status today, I found myself logged out, and when trying to log back in, I received a message stating my account is closed for security reasons. I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account since. I am concerned about the status of my $8.90 order and unsure if it will be dispatched. I am also worried about receiving a refund. I am currently unable to contact DHGate App for assistance regarding this matter.

I am reaching out because I have encountered an issue with a recent watch order. Unfortunately, I have not received the package, and this is the second time this has occurred with this particular company. Despite their claim of delivering the item the first time, I now have surveillance cameras that confirm it was not received. When I requested a resolution, they accused me of fraudulent activity. Order Number: [redacted] Hello, I am unable to open a dispute directly on the website. My order was placed on September 11, and as of October 16, I have not received it. The tracking information has not been updated since September 17, indicating that it may be held in customs or lost. I am requesting a full refund as it has been 6 weeks, and it seems unlikely that I will receive the package. The seller's claim that the package has been delivered is untrue.

Good evening, my package number 9C8861I560557 is showing as delivered on 27/09/[redacted], but it has not been received. I filed a complaint with the relevant party, but the package is declared lost. Since the package was insured, I was advised to request a refund. I was informed that the procedure must be carried out by the website where I ordered the product. I am very unhappy with the service I received. I purchased a motor, paid for it, and then it disappeared. The only proof I have is a screenshot of the order after payment and my bank statement. I have messaged the seller repeatedly for a whole week with no response. The customer service team only tells me to contact the seller, but how can I do that if the seller doesn't even bother to read my messages or ship the item? At this point, I don't even care about the motor, I just want my money back so I can move on. I am done trying to reach out to the seller who clearly isn't fulfilling their responsibilities. It has been a week since they took my money and I haven't received a single reply from them.

I was awaiting a package delivery, but the app notification popped up prematurely, indicating it arrived. By mistake, I selected "No" but the app registered "Yes," falsely confirming receipt. This caused the payment to go through to the seller before I actually got the package. I'd like to return the funds to your company for safekeeping until the package is in my hands, then you can release the payment to the seller. It is concerning that there is no customer service in Spanish. I expect assistance and resolutions in SPANISH as I purchase from Spain, please. My issue is that I placed an order #[redacted] on 08/24/[redacted] with a delivery deadline of 10/23/[redacted], which has passed. Your website has a flaw preventing me from opening a dispute. I demand a refund for the non-received item, or I will report this to consumer authorities.
