I recently received the scissors I ordered. Eager to test their sharpness, I unboxed them and attempted to cut paper and even a penny (as shown by the salesperson). I was disappointed when the scissors were unable to cut the penny, even with my husband trying. While I didn't purchase the scissors to cut through metal, my expectations were let down. Thank you for addressing my concerns regarding Order#: [redacted]3. I appreciate the clarification that the account was not double-billed. As mentioned, I need to return some items due to financial constraints. I understand it exceeds the return timeframe and am willing to keep products covered by my previous payments such as the shears 77W, sm cutting board [redacted], and knife sharpener 82, returning the rest. An insurance policy covers the returned items. I kindly request a halt to further withdrawals from my account and have contacted my bank about this matter. Thank you for your help, and I look forward to potentially doing business with you again in the future.
