In the player exchange game, when we buy stocks and they combine, we only receive as much as the total amount after the combination. For instance, if I purchased [redacted] stocks at a rate of 0.9, and after they combined, it became 25 stocks at a rate of 1, this means my current stock is around 18.1. When I sold it, the rate changed from 0.9 to 8.2, but I only received [redacted] rupees when I should have received around [redacted] rupees. When I contacted customer support, they keep saying there is no issue, it combined, that's it.

I purchased [redacted] stocks of Washington Sundar at a rate of 1.44 rupees per stock on the Winzo app's player exchange for a total of approximately [redacted] rupees. When I sold them, the rate increased to 8.2 rupees per stock, so I should have received [redacted].2 rupees, but they converted 25 stocks into 1 stock. According to their game rules, it shouldn't impact my earnings, and I should still get the full amount. For example, if I bought 5 Virat Kohli stocks at 2 rupees per stock, totaling 10 rupees for 5 stocks, and later the rate increased to 4 rupees per stock, even if they convert my 5 stocks into 1 stock, I should still get 20 rupees. I contacted Winzo support, but they are not helping and keep closing the chat after saying my money has been refunded.
