I need an answer to this situation. When I play the game, at the same time, you deduct charges from my platform, then the government decided they would like 30% of our winnings. Now, every time I make a withdrawal, you start deducting a commission. Why are you doing this according to which rule? We are the foolish ones playing the game; all our winnings go to you and the government, so there is no point in staying here. On any other platform, there are no commissions charged, only with you. Why is this happening?

This is not an appeal. My Freefire account [redacted]66 has been unexpectedly banned despite not using any third-party software. I want to clarify that I recently reset my phone, backed up all my apks including Freefire, restored them after the reset, and logged into the game. The next day, my account was suspended. When I reached out to Garena Freefire support, my communication was also banned. I seek assistance regarding this issue and mention that I backed up the Apk using Realme's backup and restore feature.

WinZo app has taken a lot of my money every time I played. This app only seems to loot people's money. I tried to contact their customer care on various platforms, but there is no number available. It's unfair that only people who are more literate can reach out while others who struggle with writing may face issues. How will those who cannot write messages themselves get their problems resolved? WinZo app initially encouraged people to play by calling them, but now the same number seems to be unreachable.
