I added 30 rupees to the Winzo Free Fire game, but when I tried to join a custom room, the room required a level 20 ID while I was only at level 5. Sir, I have played 2 matches today and I have not received the money for them. In one match, I got 4 kills but did not receive the payment, and in another match, I got 8 kills but only received payment for 1 kill. I have been troubled since morning, even after contacting customer service and sending them screenshots of the matches, no solution has been found. Sir, please help me. The match was on 29/6/[redacted] at 12:30 pm for which I didn't get the money for 4 kills and at 7:30 pm where I only received payment for 1 kill. Please assist me, otherwise, please block my account as it would be better than this service.

A user named Ravi Sharma pretending to be a Free Fire moderator scammed me out of [redacted] rupees on Instagram. He promised to unban my Free Fire ID after I paid him the amount via Google Pay. Now, he's demanding an additional [redacted] rupees, claiming my ID is blacklisted by Free Fire. He even appeared on Free Fire's Instagram story, which made me trust him. I need urgent action to get my money back from him, or I'll have to escalate this issue with Free Fire and take legal action. His Instagram username is FREE FIRE MODERATOR OF INDIA.
