I recently created an account for the first time. I went through the identity verification process as requested. After completing it, I was informed that I had to wait 24 hours before making any withdrawals. During this time, I continued to make deposits without any issues. However, once the 24-hour period passed, my account was suddenly locked on the grounds of fraud and violating privacy policy. I contacted customer service regarding my funds but have yet to receive a response. Frustrating experience.
