I have been banned from my account and I am unable to play the game. Every time I try to open the game, it shows that the money I topped up has been refunded, which caused the account to be closed. I don't know how to refund money, and I have not requested any refunds. I purchased any in-game items or memberships through my friends, and maybe one of them requested a refund.
