The driver informed me he was en route but later claimed he couldn't access the area due to police activity. I tried to assist by sending my tenant to the gate to grant access, which the driver declined. Despite my efforts, the driver seemed uninterested and untruthful. When requesting a customer service number for a complaint and a photo as evidence of the access issue, the driver refused both. I made two unsuccessful calls to the customer service department as the delivery was critical for my tenant's family. Despite usually relying on AO.com for exemplary service, I decided to try Currys this time, which has been disappointing. The experience has been frustrating, with constant requests to rate the service but no follow-up on re-delivery arrangements. There's a lack of communication, language barriers with call center agents, and uncooperative delivery drivers. I seek prompt delivery of the washing machine or a full refund along with an apology. A dissatisfied customer.

I purchased a laptop on 2/12, including a training session, but have been unsuccessful in scheduling the session as the store does not answer calls. When I contacted the national line, I was disconnected. I sent a recorded delivery letter, requesting the session or a refund, and received two callbacks but was unable to answer. This was not the agreed-upon method of communication. I am eager to receive the training soon, preferably by Friday, or I would like a refund and assistance from an alternate provider, along with compensation for the time wasted trying to arrange this service.

I'm reaching out because I visited a Curry's shop to have my car valeted in June [redacted]. I received a £[redacted] gift card when I left, but due to being on lockdown and unwell, I couldn't use it. When I contacted Curry's online to request an extension as my card expires in three months, I was directed to a robot who mentioned there shouldn't be a problem as items are out of stock at Curry's. I haven't heard back yet from them. Yesterday, a fridge freezer was delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the delivery person's behavior was extremely rude and caused me to have a panic attack. I had prepared by taking the old fridge outside, removing the doors to make it easier for him, and even measuring the doorways. Despite my efforts to assist, he was aggressive and demanded more payment, stating it would take longer. When I handed him the doors for disposal, which I had paid for, he rudely questioned why I was giving those to him. Even though my husband explained the door measurements and that we had removed one to help, the delivery person continued his disrespectful behavior and threatened not to complete the delivery. After a distressing ordeal, they eventually placed the fridge in the kitchen without a proper goodbye or thank you for our assistance. The lack of professionalism and disrespect displayed by the delivery person has left me feeling shaken and upset. This negative experience has deterred me from making future purchases at this store, even though the salesperson we initially interacted with was helpful and pleasant.

Our delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, December 18th. Unfortunately, the previous two delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to sending the wrong sized vehicle. Hello, I recently paid to have my washing machine and tumble dryer installed. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not attach the hose for the tumble dryer, claiming it was unnecessary. Additionally, he refused to install the washing machine properly, leaving it in the middle of the room without connecting the pipes. To make matters worse, he neglected to turn off the tap, causing water to run all over my kitchen floor.

On November 12, [redacted], I placed an order for a RUSSELL HOBBS - RHM2362S Solo Microwave (order no CUR[redacted]) with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday, November 16, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not received the item. Since the 16th of November, I have contacted customer service and online agents multiple times, but each time I am given contradictory information. The order was eventually cancelled on November 24, and I was assured a refund of £69.99 to my card, with the remaining £30 to be issued as a new gift card. Numerous representatives have promised me resolutions, including Mr. Sphamandla and Ms. Nandita, but I have yet to receive the refund or the gift card. I have requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, but have been met with unfulfilled promises every time. I feel unfairly treated and harassed during this process. I am requesting the remaining £30 refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I eagerly await a prompt response and resolution to this matter. I brought my faulty Shark vacuum for repairs on November 4th. Despite multiple calls and unfulfilled promises from Currys, I have yet to receive a replacement. I personally visited the store twice, and both times I was assured the vacuum would be delivered within a few days. However, I am still waiting. How much longer do I need to wait for my vacuum to be returned? My customer order number is CUR[redacted], and my name is Mrs. P Allcock. I have called seven times with no success. I purchased an electric cooker on 23/11/21 and paid £75 for the removal and recycling of the old cooker and connection of the new unit. The delivery was scheduled for 16/11/21. The driver from Team Know How was unable to assist with the old gas cooker as informed. Upon contacting customer service on 16th and 17th, I was promised assistance on Sunday 19/12. However, the driver was unable to remove the gas cooker despite my prior explanation. Despite multiple calls to customer service and requests for a manager, I have not received any callbacks. After further attempts on Tuesday 21/12 and Thursday 23/12, I was rebooked for Team Know How installations on Thursday 6th Jan 22, only to receive a text rescheduling for Thursday 13/1/22. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with Currys, and I am awaiting a call from a manager to address the poor customer service I have encountered after spending over £[redacted] with them.

On December 21st, your service technician visited to repair my purchased lodging fridge/freezer from August 1st, [redacted]. He mentioned it needed regassing, a service you no longer offer, and suggested replacing it. However, I have not heard anything since, leaving me without a fridge/freezer over Christmas. I paid £[redacted] for the repair service, with a no fix, no fee guarantee. Could you please inform me if you are going to replace it or provide a refund? I purchased a JVC smart TV from the Currys Elk Mill store as a Christmas gift for my 14-year-old daughter. Upon opening the box today, I was shocked to find that it was clearly a returned item. The box was missing the remote control, the instruction packet was torn open, and there was no protective plastic sheet on the screen. This situation has caused immense disappointment and upset for us on Christmas day. Considering the current pandemic, it is concerning that the TV might have been used and not properly sanitized before being resold. I plan to return the TV to the store tomorrow and seek clarification on how Currys will address this issue and the distress it has caused.

Hello, I would like to address an issue I encountered while ordering a Google Pixel phone online recently. Initially, the delivery date stated at the time of purchase was December 29th, which was acceptable to me. Unfortunately, shortly after placing the order, I received a notification with a revised delivery date of January 4th, which is not suitable for my needs. I have attempted to contact your customer service through various channels without success. The phone line options did not lead to speaking with a representative and ultimately resulted in being redirected or disconnected. The live web chat was not accessible, and the online sales advisor link provided no assistance as there was no available representative. Furthermore, my email to customer services came back as undeliverable. I am disappointed with this experience and hope that you can rectify the situation by honoring the original delivery date or providing a date closer to December 29th. I purchased a toaster online as a gift for a friend, but mistakenly provided the wrong house number in the address. The toaster was rejected at the incorrect address and returned to the depot. We purchased an oven and hob with order number [redacted] and opted for the in-store consultation and installation service. However, upon installation, the oven was too tall for the allotted space under the worktop, causing it to not fit properly and affecting the hob placement. The installers indicated we needed to hire a kitchen fitter to adjust the space at our expense. After a few hours of use, the oven and hob started tripping the fuses every time it was turned on, leaving us without a functioning appliance during the festive season. We are disappointed by this and are currently only able to contact an automated phone line for complaints. We believe it is reasonable to request that Currys rectify the shelf height to properly accommodate the oven and address the electrical issue promptly. Alternatively, we suggest replacing the current oven with a smaller model of equal or upgraded specifications.

I will return my new Asus Chromebook to Currys at Meadowhall, Sheffield tomorrow. Despite being fully charged yesterday, I couldn't turn it on this morning. After seeking help from Asus via phone, they suggested I contact the store because I had just received it. However, I couldn't find the store's phone number on your site. After contacting Meadowhall center, I finally got the store's number but no one answered after 60 minutes of trying. The video chat feature on your site just redirected me back without any help. I've spent almost 2 hours trying to reach someone without success. I plan to return the product, request a full refund, and avoid using Currys in the future due to this frustrating experience. Pros: None. Cons: Probably the worst aftercare service I've ever experienced. If you need to reach me, you can call me at [redacted]6, and I will answer.

I recently purchased a Lenovo tablet yesterday with the order number CUR[redacted]. I encountered issues when trying to apply the free delivery code, "FREENEXTDAYDEL," during checkout on two separate browsers. Despite the assistance from Kimberly Robertson via web chat, she suggested proceeding with the paid delivery option with the promise to help with the free delivery afterward. However, after completing the purchase, Kimberly was no longer available, and I have been unable to reconnect via web chat since then. I understand it may not be a significant amount, but if free delivery is offered, it should be a smoother process. I am requesting a refund for the delivery charge.

I recently ordered a vacuum and CD player. The vacuum was for an upcoming event, and the CD player was to listen to my mom's music since she passed away. Feeling down, I called to inquire about the delivery dates. Initially told the vacuum would arrive today and the CD player on Friday. Later received a cancellation notice for both items, which was not what I requested. After calling this morning, I was informed only the CD player was canceled, and the vacuum should arrive today. I double-checked this. However, shortly after hanging up, I received another email canceling the entire order. I have already emailed about this matter, but have not received any response. I purchased a fridge from your Hereford store on Saturday, paying by debit card (receipt no: [redacted]). The delivery charge of £40 was applied despite the website indicating free delivery for standard delivery. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was informed the charge stood. This is frustrating as I previously received deliveries without this charge, and when I mentioned the website's policy, it was dismissed.
