Subject: Unauthorized Monthly Charge Issue Dear Customer Support, I have noticed a recurring charge of $9.99 per month debited from my bank account without my authorization, occurring for at least the past three months on the 3rd of each month. I did not sign up for this service and do not have any use for it. I kindly request you to investigate the account's name and contact number associated with this charge and promptly refund these unauthorized charges. Unfortunately, I am uncertain about the origin of this charge as my account was compromised months ago. I am currently addressing these unauthorized charges independently before escalating the matter to legal authorities. I would like to resolve this matter amicably by requesting a refund only for the wrongfully deducted charges. However, I am determined to take legal action if necessary. I've been attempting to cancel a trial offer linked to my Amazon Fire tablet for three months. Recently, I stopped receiving emails and updates about this offer, assuming Amazon had handled the cancellation. Nonetheless, I continue to be charged $9.99 monthly for the Curious account, which I do not utilize. The latest charge occurred yesterday. I wish to reverse this charge, permanently cancel my account, and receive reimbursement for the last two months. Despite my efforts over the past three months, I have not been successful. I kindly request a refund promptly. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I would like Curious to cancel my account, stop the $9.99 monthly charges, and refund me for the last three months I have been charged. I have already requested to close the account. Please refund the $9.99 charged yesterday and also refund the charges for October and September. Thank you.
