Curious.com offers a straightforward refund policy for courses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, there are a couple of conditions to note. If you have already started watching more than 20% of the course content, a refund won't be provided. Additionally, if you have purchased the course through a promotion or bundle deal, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. To request a refund, you simply need to reach out to Curious.com's friendly customer support team, providing them with the necessary details such as your order number. Once your refund request is confirmed, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
