Cross.com Customer Service Issues

I received a common Cross Fountain Pen without a specific model name or number, requiring Cross Fountain Pen Refills, Cross Product ID #8318E. I bought the refills at Staples a year ago, but they no longer stock them. The Staples Department Manager suggested trying Amazon or the Cross Pen website directly. Amazon did not have them, and the Cross website's Refill Tool did not work on various browsers. I could not find the refills listed for my Cross Product ID #8318E on their website, only Ink Converters. I emailed [redacted] in mid-December [redacted] with no response. I then called [redacted] multiple times, waiting over 30 minutes each time with no answer. The voice menu on their support line advises emailing customer service with no option to leave a voicemail, despite their promise to help redirect customers to answers.

I used the Klarna app to purchase 3 different pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, the order never reached me due to a missing apartment number on the address. Despite numerous attempts to correct the address, I was unsuccessful. The package was shipped via UPS, and even after trying to modify the address through their app, I was still unable to make the correction. Later, I received a notification that the order had been delivered, but not to my address. I am seeking a refund for this issue.
