I called for the car to be picked up since it keeps breaking down every week. I end up spending more on repairs than on monthly payments, and I still owe a lot. I called on Friday and provided the address for the car to be picked up as I cannot afford repairs and monthly payments. It was parked for 12 days because I had to replace oxygen sensors and the battery. It was fixed for 3 days, and then the tire came off with the entire arm. Thankfully, it happened near my house and not on the highway. I called on Friday, and today is Sunday, but the car is still here. It hasn't been two years, and I've already replaced the battery three times, along with shock absorbers and engine mounts. I didn't know until a mechanic told me that out of 3 supports, 2 are broken. The only way they could be broken is if the car had been in accidents, which the dealer did not disclose. Please, I do not want to be responsible for the car anymore. I called on Thursday and Friday. Here is my number, if I don't answer, please leave a message: [redacted].

It has been two weeks since I called about my car. It keeps breaking down. Each week, I have had to replace three or four batteries and change lights sensors twice in two years. Recently, as I was close to home, the whole wheel came off along with the axle. Luckily, I was only going 25 miles per hour, or it could have been much worse. I no longer trust the car. I am unable to make payments and cover the repairs. A mechanic mentioned that the engine has three supports, and two are broken. I have not been in an accident but found some recorded accidents on the report. I have called multiple times, left messages, and even provided information in Spanish, but no one has come to pick up the car. It has been two weeks already. Please contact me at [redacted]. If I am unable to answer, kindly leave a message. I have not abandoned the car. I have reached out several times, but no action has been taken yet.

Please assist with my issue regarding my van purchased with ACCOUNT# [redacted]0 under the name R. Washburn.
Recently, my van experienced multiple failures, including the water pump, timing belt, radiator, and rocker panels. After costly repairs and realizing poor patchwork quality on the rocker panels, it could not pass inspection. Subsequently, the transmission failed, rendering the van unusable. Due to financial constraints from the constant repairs, the van is now unusable in a field. I have been diligently catching up on my payments, with the last one planned for June 28 or 29.
Upon completing the final payment, is it possible to remove the late payments from my credit report, particularly on Experian? This van has caused continuous issues, unlike my previous positive experience with CAC for a loan regarding my Cadillac Eldorado. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration.
Best regards,
R. Washburn

I purchased a car from Thrift Motors, unaware that it had previously been in an accident as they failed to disclose this information or provide a Carfax report. Upon seeking service from Chevrolet for a check engine light, I was informed that the car had been in an accident which was covered up with paint. This accident resulted in damage to the exhaust pipe and muffler, causing the car to stall. Thrift Motors claims they didn't need to disclose the accident unless it was significant. I am unwilling to keep paying for a car that was not properly disclosed to me and is experiencing issues from the undisclosed accident.

I purchased a vehicle from a seller who had an outstanding lien with your company. This has prevented me from transferring the title to my name, despite contacting both my local motor vehicles offices for assistance. I've even offered to settle the lien myself. As a single mother of a special needs child who requires frequent medical attention, the inability to resolve this issue has caused me financial strain with multiple temporary tags and no end in sight. Adding to the challenge, the seller is evading legal action by concealing her whereabouts. I urgently need guidance to address this frustrating situation.

Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my wife and myself regarding the vehicle we purchased and financed through your company approximately 2 years ago. I am a tugboat captain with seven and a half years of experience, but I have recently transitioned to running my own business due to wanting to spend more time at home with our five boys. This change has caused some financial difficulties, and regrettably, we have fallen behind on our car payments. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility thus far, and I wanted to reassure you that we are actively working on getting back on track financially. Please allow us a bit more time to settle the arrears. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your continued patience. - A.M. Subject: Request for Assistance with Payments
I am reaching out for support regarding my car payment and insurance. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a decline in my Uber earnings and losing a client unexpectedly, I am struggling to make ends meet. Despite my efforts to secure additional work, I have faced challenges that have delayed my income.
I had plans to start a new job a week ago, which would have allowed me to make payments promptly, but a delay in receiving my first paycheck has extended my financial strain. To add to the difficulties, my partner has lost his job, increasing our financial responsibilities.
I understand the need to fulfill my obligations, and I am committed to resolving this situation by November 23rd when I anticipate being able to meet all my financial commitments. I appreciate any assistance or accommodation that can be offered during this challenging time.
Thank you for understanding my circumstances.
Sincerely,

Hello, my name is Abba Adamou. I am experiencing issues receiving my refund check for my totaled car from a few months ago. After speaking with an agent on the 11th of last month, I was informed I was eligible for a refund of over $[redacted], scheduled to be mailed by the 15th of this month. However, as of today, the 25th of February, I have still not received it. In a recent conversation with another agent, I was given contradictory information, stating that I owe money, which supposedly caused my check to be transferred. Prior to this, the first agent mentioned an error in my mailing address, resulting in the check being returned to the company. I am puzzled by these discrepancies and the lack of communication regarding my refund check. I am seeking clarification on this matter. Sincerely, Abba Adamou.

Since the beginning, I have faced numerous issues with a [redacted] Dodge Journey SXT that I received a loan for. I recently discovered it has a washed title from being flood-damaged, a fact that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Despite my efforts, Harr Express/ Harr Toyota in Worcester, Massachusetts, has been uncooperative in addressing these issues. They sold me an extended warranty without my consent for $[redacted], accruing 21.04% interest over 66 months. The vehicle has various problems such as rusted seat belts and driver's seat, rust under the carpets, hidden by new carpets that now have mold, bubbling paint, and a failed computer module within the first five months of ownership. It took repeated attempts to have Harr address the computer issue. I have been struggling to get recalls fixed, but Harr has been unresponsive, and now the transmission has failed. Despite making monthly payments of $[redacted] since March 5, [redacted], I am considering halting payments due to the lack of resolution. I believe I was exploited due to my poor credit and disability status. I am seeking legal counsel to pursue obtaining a new Dodge Journey SXT or RT that is functional and free of legal issues.

During the six months my husband was unemployed and I was recently in the hospital for a gall bladder issue, we faced financial difficulties. Now that he is back at work, we are hoping to catch up on our water, sewer, and other utility bills. I understand it may be a lot to ask, but I am reaching out for assistance in addressing this matter. I have tried my best to keep up with payments, even sacrificing necessities. Could we possibly arrange something regarding the overdue payments? Our vehicle is essential for my children, especially my daughter who was involved in a recent accident. We have hit rock bottom and are working our way back up. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Cassidy Y.

My husband was unemployed for six months, and I recently had a health scare with my gall bladder, which landed me in the hospital. Now that my husband is back to work and we have our utilities turned back on, I'm reaching out to see if we can work together to catch up on our payments. We've had a lot of challenges recently, but we've been doing our best to keep up. Our vehicle is essential, especially for my daughter who was injured in a previous accident, so it's crucial for us to resolve these overdue payments. We are really struggling to get back on our feet, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you, Cassidy Y.

I bought the vehicle and immediately encountered issues. Initially, I had a flat rim with the tire barely on the bead and couldn't be balanced or repaired. Replaced the end links, and then the A/C stopped working due to a hole in the cross tube by the radiator. Discovered leaking struts with a cracked spring, so those were replaced. Also dealt with a slipping transmission, requiring fluid and filter replacement, only to find leaks in the metal lines from the cooler. Fixed those. Dealt with a headlight replacement and discovered a twisted rear trailing arm with missing bushing under tension. Mechanic suggested the car was in an accident previously and inadequately repaired. Despite these challenges, I wish to keep the car due to the investments made but would appreciate potential payment options to move forward. I hope to work out an arrangement without further impact on my credit.

In June [redacted], during a visit to my family, I fell seriously ill. Following my hospitalization, I reached out to Credit Acceptance in July [redacted] to request a payment extension due to my circumstances but was denied. Consequently, I informed them to retrieve the car, which they have yet to do. Despite this, they have been applying monthly late fees and affecting my credit report. Since I lost my previous phone, I had to use a different one to contact them, requesting communication through email, which has not been honored. Given their lack of cooperation, I urge them to collect the car promptly and cease the recurring late fees. It is essential for someone to reach out to me via email at the earliest to find a resolution for this matter.

I understand that your company is in the business to make money. I am grateful for getting approved for a loan. However, there is a substantial issue that needs to be addressed. My name is Thomas Young, with middle initial J and the last four digits of my social security number are [redacted]. There is a discrepancy on my record regarding a repossession from your company. It occurred three years ago, but you recently reported it as being repossessed last month, which is inaccurate. I hope we can rectify this by providing me with documentation detailing the auction sale of my Dodge Ram, the balance owed, and updating all credit bureaus to reflect the correct timeline of over three years ago. This misinformation is negatively impacting my reputation and financial standing. I apologize for my past challenges, but it is crucial that this error is promptly corrected. If unresolved, legal action may be taken, affecting any potential financial recovery for your company. I urge you to address this promptly and communicate any updates to P.O. Box [redacted]. Failure to do so will sever any future business relations, not only for myself but for my [redacted] family members. Reputation is paramount, and I am firm in my position that this error must be fixed immediately for any chance of reconciliation. I emphasize the need for a corrected credit report and a clear explanation for the mistake. I demand accuracy in this matter before any further action is taken. This is my final message on the subject. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Thomas Young.

Subject: Request to Cancel Sale Agreement
Dear Michael Smith,
I am writing to address my concerns regarding the [redacted] Silverado I purchased from Patriot Chevrolet. Unfortunately, the truck has not met the expectations I had when I made the purchase. It has already shown signs of distress, including using excessive oil and having a leak in the radiator.
During the purchasing process, an additional $5,[redacted] was added to the price due to Credit Acceptance's financing terms. Given my limited income from SS and disability, I feel that I was unfairly placed in this situation. I am worried that I won't be able to afford future repairs as needed for this vehicle.
While I understand that I signed the purchase agreement "as is," I am kindly requesting to cancel the sale and to have the transaction reversed with Credit Acceptance. I believed in your integrity and honesty, which is why I am reaching out with this appeal.
Thank you for considering my request.
Sincerely,
E. Ice

Three years ago, we included Credit Acceptance Corporation in our bankruptcy. Last year, we purchased a home. Now, as we try to refinance, there is an unexpected judgment/lien on our property from Credit Acceptance Corporation. This needs to be removed promptly. Could a member of your legal team please reach out to me? I am Tina Dominguez, and the judgment was against my husband, Leonard Dominguez. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Kerwin LeMoine. I currently have an auto loan with your financial institution. Unfortunately, I have fallen behind on my payments. I was supposed to make a payment over the past weekend, but due to some recent unexpected events, I could not. I get paid bi-weekly, and my first paycheck will be on Friday. I assure you that I will make a payment on Friday morning, August 16. I sincerely apologize for the delay and I am asking for a few more days to settle my payment after I receive my paycheck. I appreciate your understanding and patience. Once my check clears on Friday, I will make the payment without fail. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello, my name is Chad, and I am reaching out on behalf of Chrystal Walker.
She is currently in the hospital due to extremely high blood pressure and diabetes. Typically, she is kept for observation until her conditions stabilize. Unfortunately, she was admitted just before payday and doesn't have access to her paycheck. Due to restrictions, she cannot use electronic devices that may cause stress.
To cover the expenses, someone will send at least a $[redacted] payment tomorrow as a gesture of good faith. Chrystal apologizes for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and plans to settle the remaining balance once she is discharged.
