I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum, but I am new to CorelDRAW Video Studio. I recently downloaded the software and created a video with sound and music. Unfortunately, the file size is too large for our club's website. I've heard I can reduce the file size by accessing the APPLICATIONS icon, but I can't locate it on the screen. Can someone please guide me to find it? Also, should I have adjusted specific settings before creating the video? If so, which settings should I have changed? Thank you, John.

I have been experiencing issues with my Paint Shop Pro [redacted] Ultimate. After being advised by a technician to reinstall Corel, all my scripts got deleted, and despite sending in script invoice numbers multiple times, they were not acknowledged. Receiving a generic link for script installation was unhelpful and frustrating, causing me to feel disheartened. I expressed my frustration to a new tech, emphasizing the importance of my scripts that I have invested in, as my PSP is essential to me due to my disability. I am requesting either the return of my scripts or a refund. While I appreciate my PSP, the loss of my scripts and brushes due to the reinstall has been distressing. I have spent a significant amount on scripts over time and hope to have them restored. I rely on tutorials for guidance when needed.

I've encountered an issue with the formatting on the final chapter of my book project. The white space outside the margins, missing page numbers, and headers are disrupting the layout. Additionally, the page has shifted to the left side of my screen, and I'd like it to be centered. A representative directed me to seek assistance here, though communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers. So far, I've only received instruction to contact you via email. I am using WordPerfect [redacted]. Yesterday, the pages in the final chapter of my book in the final draft shifted to the left side of the screen instead of being centered. Additionally, the 1" space outside the margins disappeared, causing the text to flow continuously with only a line separating each page. Consequently, the white space vanishing caused the page numbers and headers to also disappear. I require assistance in restoring the proper margins for headers and page numbers. Headers, located in the top outside corners, should start on the second even-numbered page [redacted] and continue on the outside right corner for odd pages. The headers must align with the side margins and end 1" from the inside edge of the pages. Can someone help me resolve these formatting issues? My ticket number is [redacted]0. Thank you.

1. The pages are now aligned to the left side of the screen instead of centered. 2. Consequently, the page numbers have disappeared. 3. Even-numbered pages start with "SECOND PAGE OF TEXT, STARTING WITH [redacted]". 4. Odd-numbered pages start with "THIRD PAGE OF TEXT, STARTING WITH [redacted]". 5. Headers now end 1" away from the spine of the book, where it reads: "Epilogue" in italics, followed by a colon and the text ". . . I never found another Calico". I'm unsure how any of this happened. I was recently editing a professional paper via email for a few hours, and prior to that, on Sunday, I was working on this chapter which I saved under "Recovery". Today, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover this layout issue.

Hello, I recently purchased CorelDRAW GRAPHICS SUITE [redacted] (German version) but I am encountering installation issues. I received a message instructing me to uninstall the older version, which I did, but I am still facing the same error message. I am unable to install the old version or even a trial version as it continues to prompt the same error. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I installed CorelDRAW Suite X8 on my PC and used the program without any issues until today when I encountered an error message stating it has already been used. I had previously used this program on a computer that has since crashed. We had a conversation about this last week. I have been using the program on my current computer for two days without any problems until a power failure caused the battery to go dead. Now I am unable to access the program due to this error. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can continue using the software.

This is my third time experiencing an issue with my WordPerfect Office Home and Student [redacted] software. The serial number provided with the boxed disk isn't working. In the past, Corel has assisted in resolving this by adjusting the serial number on their end for me to download it successfully. The need to reinstall arose after a failed repair attempt due to Microsoft updates on my computer. These updates sometimes render my Word program unusable. I recently bought an Epilog Computer with your pre-installed Corel Draw software for our new Laser Cutter. I am using a Brother copy machine to transfer designs to a Ryzen HP Desktop (model MO1-Foo14). I am looking for a way to make photocopies of designs that can be sent to your software to avoid mistakes and downtime in production. Many others with small to mid-size laser machines might be facing the same issue. I have multiple documents created in Corel WordPerfect and converted to .ppt format for security reasons. Some older documents are not opening, even though they clearly show my ownership. I bought the software on a disk and had it installed with Ethernet assistance at a Staples tech department since it needs an internet connection for installation. The Corel software is installed on a computer not connected to the internet used for creative work. Recently, I upgraded to a newer version of the software, but the same problem persists with the older documents failing to open. How can I access my old documents? What information do you need from me to assist in retrieving my projects?

I have been using Corel WordPerfect for 30 years. I previously had WordPerfect Office X4 on my computer, but after replacing my hard drive, I lost the program and could not reinstall it from the disk. I then tried the trial version of WordPerfect [redacted] for a 30-day free trial. Now, at age 90, I purchased Corel WordPerfect Office for Home and Student disks from Amazon. I am unsure how to continue using WordPerfect. Should I uninstall the trial version before installing the new disks? I input the serial number for the new disks, but it is asking for an authorization code that I do not have. I am concerned about losing my documents if I uninstall the trial version. Please provide guidance on how to proceed.

I was instructed to reinstall my WinZip software. However, I am unsure how to enable Hidden items in File Explorer as directed. Additionally, when attempting to activate the software, I was prompted to make a payment despite already owning a license. I am seeking guidance on these issues and would appreciate assistance. I was working on editing with Pinnacle Studio 23 when suddenly the screen expanded, and the program shut down. Now, every time I try to open Pinnacle Studio 23, I see the initial image and then the screen enlarges before crashing again. How can I fix this issue?
