My name is Carolyn C. Charba, and I recently received my order from Cooibar, but unfortunately, there have been some issues. Instead of receiving one navy and one black pant, I received two navy pants. Furthermore, the swing shirt size I received is a large instead of the medium I originally ordered. I am missing the paperwork detailing my order, and there seems to be confusion with the customer service contact numbers. Kindly, please note that I urgently need the black pants and the correct size shirt. I accidentally placed an order and called customer service right away to cancel. The representative told me they couldn't stop the order due to it going directly to the shipping company. They advised me to reject the package upon delivery, return it unopened to the post office, but I'll be charged a fee. I find this policy confusing and frustrating.
