For the Hyper [redacted] EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan, could you provide details on the country where it was developed, manufactured, and assembled? If the country of origin is outside the United States, any insight on whether testing occurs in the U.S. prior to product distribution would be helpful.

Subject: Issue with Cooler Master MM710 Mouse
To whom it may concern,
I am currently evaluating your MM710 mouse, and the unique honeycomb design was a key factor in my purchase decision. While I find the mouse generally pleasant, I have observed that the buttons are quite loose. After researching Amazon reviews of your product, I see that there were initial issues that have reportedly been resolved. I am inquiring about whether the mouse with serial number MM710KKOL[redacted]1 is from the older batch, as I would prefer to exchange it for a newer version if this is the case.
I would appreciate guidance on processing an exchange with you. If this mouse is from the newer batch, I may have to return it as shaky buttons are not acceptable to me for a €60 mouse. I trust that your quality standards are high, and I assume this is an isolated faulty product.
Specific issues noted:
- Mouse buttons wobble back and forth on both sides, while the click pressure is satisfactory.
- The DPI button is loose, creating a clicking sound when pressed.
- The scroll wheel moves about 2mm from side to side but has a good pressure point.
- The mouse produces clicking noises during rapid movements, possibly from the scroll wheel or internal components.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. The mouse meets my requirements, and I would like to keep it if these issues can be resolved or minimized.
Best regards,
Sven Koslar

Hello,
I recently built a new PC and I am really impressed with the Coolermaster MA620M CPU cooler. After purchasing it, I mistakenly connected the 5V 3-pin ARGB cable from the fan to the 12V 4-pin RGB header on my Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard. Unfortunately, I think I may have damaged the LEDs.
I have now correctly installed it using the provided controller, but the RGB badge is only partially lighting up blue and doesn't cycle when I press the button on the controller.
Is it possible to order a replacement RGB badge for the top of the cooler and replace it myself?
Thanks, William.

For the past two days, I've been attempting to install the Master Plus software for my ML240r system, but I keep encountering what seems to be a trojan horse virus. I've made multiple tries using both Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, but the issue persists. With the recent update, it's hard to believe that a reputable company like yours can't ensure a safe software download. I understand the challenges posed by the coronavirus, but immediate action is necessary. This situation is unacceptable, and I find it hard to believe that there isn't someone monitoring your official website at all times.

- MOBO: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
- CPU: Ryzen 5 [redacted]
- RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw V [redacted] 8GB (x2)

I purchased a Cooler Master fully modular Gold 750W power supply in June [redacted] from Amazon. I encountered an issue when powering up my system for the first time recently. The fans and LED lights would turn on briefly before shutting off. I've attempted troubleshooting steps like checking for shorts, booting the motherboard outside the case, testing each RAM stick individually, and verifying plug connections. I suspect the power supply is the problem since the motherboard isn't registering any input current.
I would appreciate it if you could send a replacement power supply to resolve this issue. My system specs for further troubleshooting are: Cooler Master Gold fully modular 750W PSU, Gigabyte Nvidia [redacted] ti GPU, MSI B450 gaming plus max MOBO, Ryzen 5 [redacted] CPU, G.Skill Ripjaw V [redacted] 8Gb RAM (x2), and Western Digital Black NVMe M.2 storage.
On another note, I faced challenges trying to contact Cooler Master support, as I encountered issues with the fanzone account activation. It was frustrating, and I hope this communication barrier is addressed in the future.
Looking forward to your prompt response,
Robbie McD.

I recently bought a HAF X case with a front [redacted] socket. There are two labeled [redacted] leads among the wires from the front socket, and I'm unsure where they should connect. Cooler Master opened Ticket [redacted] on Aug. 1, promising a prompt response, but on Aug. 18, they closed the ticket without a clear answer. This lack of assistance is frustrating, and it brings into question the accuracy of their labeling. Cooler Master has 48 hours to provide a satisfactory response before I consider warning others about their unreliable wiring information.

I am in need of replacement mounting brackets for a socket [redacted] motherboard. After upgrading my system to a full water cooling setup with an AMD motherboard, I am now looking to use the AIO cooler on an Intel [redacted] motherboard. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the original box and mounting brackets that came with it when I initially purchased the cooler. I had stored them away as I was using it on an AMD motherboard. Now, when I need them for the Intel setup, I cannot locate them. I have been unable to find just the mounting brackets at any third-party retail store. I purchased the AIO cooler in July [redacted], so with a year left on the warranty, I prefer not to go through the RMA process and simply need replacement Intel mounting brackets.

Hello,
I purchased a Cooler Master power supply unit on Amazon on 13/02/[redacted] (details below):
Cooler Master Mwe [redacted] Gold Full Modular, 550W 80Plus Gold PC Power Supply, Modular ATX
A month ago, my PC wouldn't start, so I tried with another power supply unit, and my PC started working.
I suspected a fault in the power supply unit, so I tried to submit a return request on Cooler Master's official website, but my RMA request was denied.
Amazon's website informed me that the seller has left the platform (details attached) and I do not have access to the invoice, only the order summary (attached).
Is it possible for you to request a new product for me? I have a 5-year warranty.
Thank you for your understanding,
Best regards,
Brice Monchauzou

Hello,
I purchased 10 Cooler Master cases through Amazon without a third-party seller. One of the cases is causing issues with the setup and is not functional. I have tested each component and moved the setup to a different case that works fine, but the same problems persist with the new setup in this case. I appreciate your prompt assistance in providing possible solutions to address this matter.
Thank you.

I've been using a Masterwatt [redacted] power supply for a few months, and I've noticed that when it turns on, there's a loud noise that can be quite alarming, especially in the quiet of the night. Initially, I was startled by the noise and couldn't pinpoint its source. I even thought someone was trying to break into my car outside, which was quite scary. Should the power supply be making this noise? Would turning up the music be a solution? I'm glad to know it has a 5-year warranty, but I'm curious if this noise issue is covered under it.

I have submitted multiple inquiries that have not received responses. I am unable to identify the exact model number of my Cooler Master case; it looks like an HAF model, similar to the K282 but taller with 4 USB slots instead of 2. I am missing the manual and any information regarding the JP3 front panel connector.
Previously, my Cooler Master [redacted] fit perfectly in the case, but after it stopped working, I purchased a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML280 Mirror. Unfortunately, its radiator has different mounting holes, leading to inconvenience as I need to disassemble everything for a return. Although the old cooler seemed to be in good condition upon examination, it was not functioning.
I am considering returning the current model for a [redacted] model. Can I receive compensation by replacing the old one with a similar model or purchasing the one on the website for $49?
