Contigo Customer Service Issues

I have the Contigo Twist-On-The-Roof ceramic lined travel cup. I noticed black mold between the seal of the ceramic interior and the rubber part of the cup. Despite cleaning it regularly, the mold persists and grows inside the rubber housing. I have owned this cup for about 2 to 3 years and I love it. I was wondering if you are aware of this black mold issue and if there are any solutions you can suggest to help me resolve this problem.

I understand the warranty doesn't cover the issue I'm experiencing with the cups. Unfortunately, the cups are designed in a way that makes it impossible to clean them thoroughly, leading to mold and dirt buildup inside. I appreciate the offer for replacement, but I prefer cups with detachable parts for better cleaning. I have attached pictures displaying the hygiene issue I encountered with the cups I own. The last picture shows a cup from your company that has a screw lid, which can be disassembled and cleaned entirely. Those are the types of cups I would like as replacements.
