I own a Babyliss Pro FX669C clipper, and the cord recently got damaged. I have been informed that I cannot obtain a replacement cord for it. Since I invested significantly in this clipper, I am looking for solutions. The end of the cord specifies "Intersex [redacted]," and the number on the plug is "[redacted]." If a replacement cord is not available, would a Babyliss Forfex 670R cord be compatible with my clipper? I am reluctant to spend $[redacted] on a new clipper, so exploring alternative options.

Last August, my Cuisinart DCC-[redacted] coffeemaker, which I've had for a couple of years, started leaking at the valve. The company replaced it, which was great. However, the replacement is now leaking as well, making a mess unless I place a cup underneath. Despite the warranty for the replacement being only six months, we were offered a 20% discount on a new replacement when we called today. This solution is not ideal considering the product's short lifespan. Why should I buy another $99.95 coffeemaker that lasts less than six months, even with a discount?

I'd like to share my experience with the 20 Piece Haircutkit, model HC222CS, purchased around [redacted] or [redacted]. When first using it, it pulled my child's hair, causing discomfort. Subsequent uses on family members had the same issue despite limited use over 15 years. I never had the opportunity to address this before but now have the time. The kit has been well-maintained and I wonder if sending it to you for quality control and a possible replacement is an option. I recently experienced a concerning incident with my Weight Watcher scale that had a glass top. While trying to reset the scale by tapping it with my foot, it slipped from my hands, falling from about 2 feet high and shattering on the floor. The glass broke into large pieces and fine fragments, posing a serious safety risk if anyone else had been in the bathroom at the time, especially children or babies. I am planning to reach out on social media to see if others have faced similar issues. Before escalating the matter further, I am giving Conair the opportunity to respond. I have received the replacement unit for my Cuisinart TOA-65. The issue I had with the original unit was that the interior light stopped working after a few weeks. The replacement unit has the same problem. I'm unsure if the interior light is supposed to work, as there is a switch next to the door that appears inactive. I bought a Quo Straight iron, but it doesn't work well with my hair. It doesn't get hot enough and doesn't clamp down adequately to straighten my hair. When I tried to return it to Shoppers where I bought it, they said they don't handle Conair returns and advised me to contact the manufacturer. This situation is very frustrating for me as a customer. I have the box and the receipt. How can I go about returning it without incurring additional expenses?

Regarding the electric roller set, Model #CHV12XR2, when I plugged them in recently, the heating element malfunctioned. The rollers became extremely hot, making popping sounds and causing burns on my fingers when I tried to remove them. It was dangerous, and I promptly unplugged them. Even though I've had this set for over a year, I kindly request a replacement. I have used this same roller set in the past, and it has lasted me for years without any issues. Any assistance you can provide would be truly appreciated.

I am dissatisfied with Conair regarding my makeup mirror replacement bulbs and how they were handled. The customer service representatives I spoke with were courteous and helpful. However, the way the shipping department managed both requests was disappointing. The first time, I was supposed to receive 4 bulbs for free, but I only got 1, and it wasn't the correct type. It was poorly packaged. The second time, Nancy assured me she would send 3 bulbs, but they arrived loose in a box without proper protection. It is frustrating as the original bulb was well packed. This mishandling is unacceptable, and it seems the carelessness might lead to breakage during transit. I seek an explanation as I am unsure if the bulbs will function correctly in my mirror.

I have a collection of broken curling irons solely because the spring that controls the arm keeps breaking. I have three unusable curling irons and I'm frustrated with constantly having to replace them just because of this small part. The replacement spring costs $2.95, but with shipping, it ends up being $6.95, which feels like too much for just a minor repair when a new curling iron is only slightly more expensive. It seems like the company may intentionally use a weak grade of metal for this part to drive customers to buy new products. I believe the company should provide me with three springs free of charge to fix the curling irons I already have. Thank you.

I contacted Conair regarding a personal scale that is not functioning properly. This issue has occurred with a previous scale of the same model, and I expected better with this new batch. The battery consistently displays "LO," requiring me to step on and off the scale multiple times for it to read my weight accurately. I am not heavy enough to have caused this malfunction. Today, I spoke with a customer service supervisor named Eureka, who seemed condescending and spoke to me disrespectfully. I do not appreciate her attitude or manner of communication. I would like to be contacted by a different supervisor who can address the problem appropriately without driving away loyal customers. I have been a loyal Conair customer for over four decades and have been using the Conair [redacted] Styler for just as long. Recently, though, I have noticed a decline in the product's quality, particularly with the brush attachment continuously popping off while I am blow drying my hair. This has led to my hair getting tangled in the dryer vent and even burnt. I am concerned that the heat is causing the brush's plastic material to expand and detach from the dryer.
This issue has occurred multiple times with various dryers, not just one. After reading Amazon reviews, it appears that others are experiencing the same problem. As a long-term user of this product, I believe this is an ongoing problem that needs addressing to prevent further damage. I am reaching out for advice on how to resolve this potentially dangerous situation to avoid any more hair damage.

I recently purchased the BaByliss trimmer and foil shaver set. I was initially pleased with the set, but after a month, the foil shaver stopped working. I tried to exchange it online but couldn't find any information on how to do so. Subsequently, I purchased the black FX set, which included clippers, a trimmer, and a foil shaver. Unfortunately, after only two months of using them for school, the foil shaver chargers are not working. Despite reaching out to Dennis on social media, I only received a thumbs up in response, which made me feel like my concerns were being ignored. I have had multiple issues with the trimmer sets and foil shavers from BaByliss, and even had to throw away a blue trimmer set due to unresolved issues. I have been a loyal customer based on positive feedback and good reviews, but the lack of customer service has left me disappointed. I have spent hundreds of dollars on clippers, trimmers, foil shavers, clipper sleeves, and mats and was considering pre-ordering the new x3 set. However, the continuous problems have made me consider switching to a different company. The lack of response to my issues, including being transferred to voicemail and not receiving any return emails, has been frustrating and impacted my ability to work and attend school effectively due to the faulty equipment.

While using the 1-inch Conair Double Ceramic Curling Iron to prepare for my sister's funeral, the curling iron lightly touched my skin for a split second. Most ceramic irons have a temperature limit of [redacted]-[redacted]°F. The burn I received appears to be between a first and second-degree burn and after a week, it has become extremely painful and severe. I will need to seek emergency burn treatment soon.
I have used various ceramic hair tools with temperatures between [redacted]-[redacted]°F before, and accidental skin contact can happen, but I have never experienced such a serious injury as a result. This is a critical situation that needs immediate attention.

I recently experienced a safety issue with a Conair curling iron while using it. The cord frayed and blew out, exposing wires. Despite my evidence, the customer service representative focused on the model number, which I had already explained was no longer available as I discarded the item due to safety concerns. I believe a company of your size should have records to identify the product. The lack of understanding and rudeness in response to a loyal customer of over 20 years is disappointing. The potential harm if a child or elderly person had been using the faulty iron and my swift action to disconnect it highlights the seriousness of the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the Conair cordless titanium 1" multi-styler in purple/rose. My daughter-in-law had requested this item for Christmas, and while purchasing it from Walmart for over $[redacted] (including tax), the product was faulty as it failed to heat up. After returning it, I ordered another one, which arrived last week, but this one does not even turn on. Now, I have to go through the process of shipping it back. She needed it for a quick touch-up while working for the District Attorney's office. I also got her the other cordless curler which she liked, and she was so excited for this one too. But sadly, I've been let down twice now. I am hesitant about giving it another try with your company, as I don't want to waste any more time or risk receiving another malfunctioning product. I have a Conair [redacted] Styler Model SD6NP that is around 5 years old. While using it, the styler blew up and burnt one of my fingers. I am currently applying burn gel to it. It sparked everywhere, had a flame come out, and became very hot. This is the third one I have owned, and I have never had any issues before today. I understand it is no longer under warranty, but considering the hazardous conditions I experienced, I believe it should be replaced. I am willing to send the product back in exchange for a new one. I do not have the receipt as the warranty has expired, but I hope this will not be an issue given the severity of my situation.

On January 8th, I bought a Conair travel smart luggage scale from my local Target store to weigh my suitcase before my flight. The scale showed my suitcase was under the 50-pound limit, but at the airport, it was 63 pounds, resulting in a $[redacted] overage fee. To test the accuracy, I weighed a 10-pound ankle weight with varied results. I am extremely disappointed with Conair for the additional costs and inconvenience caused.
