Conair Customer Service Issues

Over the past year, I have purchased the Conair Heating Pads with Message from Walmart for my husband, who has undergone 4 back surgeries. Unfortunately, the message part of the heating pad only lasts about a week, if that. I have bought several of these products from Walmart and returned them due to this issue. I have expressed to Walmart that as long as my husband experiences even a slight relief, I will continue exchanging them. I have bought and returned numerous units, and I can obtain a purchase history from Walmart if necessary. I hope that the company can address this problem with the product and offer some resolution for the inconvenience we have faced. The Conair Heating Pad with Message sold at Walmart has a recurring issue with the message motors failing within a short period.

I am willing to keep exchanging them as long as it gives my husband some relief, but the frequency of returns is becoming excessive. I can provide a record of the returns from Walmart if necessary. I urge the company to address this issue with the product as it's a recurring problem with the motors of the massage feature failing within a very short time frame. These are the CONAIR HEATING PADS WITH MASSAGE sold at Walmart stores.

I had a scary experience with my Conair Infiniti Pro Curling Wand tonight. I plugged it in, and it caught on fire moments later. Thankfully, I was able to quickly unplug it and put out the fire before it got out of control. It's a good thing I was still holding it at the time. This could have been a lot more serious if I had walked into another room as I usually do when waiting for it to heat up. I would like to request to speak with a supervisor about this incident. Hello, I have had the Conair lighted makeup mirror with a plug for approximately four years. Unfortunately, it has recently stopped working, except when in a horizontal position. I have attempted to remove the screws on each side of the mirror with no success, as I did not want to risk damaging them. It is disappointing that the mirror has malfunctioned after only four years of use, especially since it has never been moved or mishandled. I would appreciate it if you could provide a replacement for this mirror. I have included the necessary information from the bottom of the mirror. Thank you. Best, Becky Reed

I lodged a complaint on April 26th about a defective blow dryer I bought. The paint is peeling and stains my hands. I have sent the necessary information twice for the replacement, called on May 20th, and was told on May 22nd that the blow dryer would be expedited, but I have not received any shipping confirmation. It is frustrating to have to keep following up for a resolution when all details have been given. Please send my replacement blow dryer as soon as possible. After this, I will no longer support Conair. The replacement number is #[redacted]50.

I recently bought the Conair Knot Doctor detangling hot air brush set primarily for the small brush. However, I have encountered an issue where the small brush lacks the bristle nibs, causing tangling in my hair. I am pleased with the performance of the small and medium brushes in the set. Is there a way to obtain a small brush attachment with the necessary bristle nibs to prevent tangles? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, G.
