I need assistance with my Infinity Pro hair dryer. I contacted customer service, waited for an hour, and finally spoke to an agent. I politely inquired about the warranty coverage, as I purchased it in [redacted] and saw on the Conair website it has a 4-year warranty. The agent asked for the model and serial numbers, but I couldn't locate the serial number. The agent became agitated, insisting I call back when I have the correct numbers. I asked for help finding the serial number, but the agent was dismissive and eventually hung up when I requested their name. I am disappointed by the rude service and have reached out to Conair on Facebook, but have not received a response. I hope the company takes action on this matter.

I have been attempting to order a replacement part for my Conair [redacted] Styler Hair Dryer for months. Despite my efforts through calls and online searches, I have been unable to find the Detangling combs that I rely on the most. The combs wear out quickly, and I am eager to purchase two as I have had a positive experience using your product for years. I am puzzled by the unavailability of this essential accessory. I trust that you can provide a solution or guidance on how I can secure these combs. Your prompt response with a resolution is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Valerie S. from Brockport, NY.

I called over three days ago but have not received a call back yet. This is the second blow dryer I have had trouble with. The first one suddenly stopped working. I am a hairdresser and I purchased this dryer from Cosmo Professional Salon Stores.
The current blow dryer also stopped working within a year, emitting a smoke smell, which is concerning for safety. It never experienced any damage or impact, so I am disappointed that it failed. I urgently needed a replacement, so I had to purchase another dryer, albeit at a lower price point, as I couldn't risk using the faulty one.
I have been a loyal Conair customer for over 20 years, and it's disheartening to experience issues with their products repeatedly. I hope someone can reach out to me promptly as I should not have to invest in multiple dryers due to malfunctions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello,
My name is Sandra Landin, and I purchased a Conair Electric brush with serial number [redacted], Model number CPP21000 on December 21, [redacted], through Amazon.com. I also bought a warranty through Assurian. However, when I tried to process a claim, I was directed back to Conair. Unfortunately, this is now my 3rd brush that has stopped working within 3 months of use. It automatically shuts down and fails to turn back on when in use. I have called multiple times requesting a return label but have not received it yet, whether online or by mail. During my calls, I found the Spanish representatives to be rude and provide poor customer service, with 3 out of 4 calls being unhelpful. My most recent call on November 22, [redacted], at 1:19 pm had a customer service representative who handled the call much better than the others. I have noticed a decrease in quality since the manufacturer changed the item, with the brush part and screw becoming loose, pulling my hair and ultimately failing to turn on after 3 months. I hope to receive the return label soon for a replacement and ask for better training for your Spanish-speaking agents.
Thank you,
Sandra Landin

Hello, my name is Manoela. Approximately four months ago, I purchased a flat iron from your brand Conair. Today, the flat iron unexpectedly exploded while I was using it on my hair, resulting in a loud noise, unpleasant smoke, a bright flash, and causing burns to my hair, hands, and lap. This incident is extremely concerning as it not only caused harm but also posed a serious safety risk. I urgently request a prompt resolution and a full refund for this dangerous product. I have lost faith in your brand due to the quality and safety of your products, and I will not be making any future purchases. It is vital for companies to prioritize the safety of their consumers. Sincerely, Manoela.

I need to return my Babyliss Secret Curler. I haven't received any response to my queries. Even the customer care contact number in India is not working. I bought it from Nykaa. The Babyliss representative requested the invoice and pictures. I have sent them, but I haven't received a response. Before buying, they assured me that I could return the product within 14 days of receipt. Now, I am feeling ignored. Why do big brands make false promises?

Hello, my name is Christian. I’ve been using a Conair [redacted] hair dryer (model# 127L) for a few years now. I recently purchased a pet cockatiel and found out that some hair dryers can emit toxins harmful to birds. Could you please confirm if this model contains Teflon, PTFE, or PFOA? If it does, I would need to find a bird-safe alternative. Thank you for your assistance! Christian.

Two weeks ago, I purchased a Conair scale for my elderly mother, who is 88 years old and values monitoring her health and weight. Unfortunately, upon stepping on the scale (she weighs [redacted] pounds), it shattered into many pieces as it is safety glass. This incident resulted in cuts and bleeding. I documented the broken scale and the blood on the floor with photographs. I reached out to Nancy Morrow, your representative, who assured me she would contact corporate and have them reach out to me by last Tuesday. However, I didn't receive any calls. I called the office number listed on the Conair website yesterday and spoke to a female representative who expressed her sympathy but couldn't explain why I wasn't contacted. She promised to follow up but never did. Frustrated, I sent another email to Nancy Morrow, including our mission statement and additional photos of the incident. Conair has always had a good reputation, so I'm puzzled by the lack of response to my valid concerns and my mother's injury. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. If you're interested in viewing more pictures, you can find them on my Facebook page under "Russell Boulet."

I bought the Conair Infiniti Pro a few months back, and it was working perfectly fine until Friday when it suddenly exploded in my bathroom. The explosion caused items to scatter on the sink and even damaged a part of my window. I find it quite concerning that a product of this price range would malfunction in such a dangerous way. Thankfully, I was not in the room when it happened to avoid getting injured. The noise was so loud, it sounded like a gunshot. I am hopeful that you can address this issue efficiently and effectively.

Hello! I'm Rachel, and I wanted to reach out because my two granddaughters, aged 11 and 13, have lovely long hair and need some help with hair ties, clips, and Scunci ponytail holders. I was hoping you could send them a variety of Scunci products, preferably with glitter or other decorative elements. Looking forward to your response. Sincerely, Rachel Ange.

Six months ago, I purchased a Babyliss Ceramix Xtreme hair dryer from Harmon in Carlstadt, NJ. The dryer, which cost $59.95, unexpectedly started smoking and emitting a foul smell this morning when I attempted to dry my hair. As a 56-year-old woman who uses the dryer three times a week, I am disappointed that a $60 appliance would malfunction in such a short time. I kindly request a replacement for the faulty hair dryer.

I recently purchased a Conair Cord-Keeper [redacted] hairdryer within the last month. I have only used it twice, and it now automatically shuts off after a minute or so during use, leaving my hair partially dried. I attempted to reach out to customer service but have experienced long wait times with no assistance. Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging after the initial uses. I am looking to either exchange it for a different model or receive a replacement that functions properly.

I've always loved Conair products, especially their wet dry brushes. Since they first came out, I've been a fan. Lately, I've been facing an issue where the bristles keep getting stuck inside the brush, making it unusable quite quickly. My hair is straight and thin, so it's not like I have very thick or knotted hair. I tried switching to a paddle brush, which I adored even more, but now I'm noticing the same problem after just a month of use. I appreciate the affordability and effectiveness of Conair brushes, but I've never had to replace a brush so frequently before. I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong in how I use or care for the brushes.

I am experiencing issues with the machine leaking despite following the instructions provided. I am confused about the steps mentioned regarding switching to gel, inserting the gel can, and pushing down to lock the gel in place. Even when I have already set it to gel before inserting the can, it doesn't lock the gel in position as instructed. I am using Edge gel, which should be compatible, but I still notice lather leaking around the nozzle, with more leakage overnight. It appears there may be a misunderstanding on my part regarding the instructions. Can anyone assist me with this? You can reach me at phone number [redacted] or via email at [redacted].

Hello, my name is Gilbert Perez. My family has always been loyal Conair product users. We recently received the HC225TR hair trimmer as a gift, but unfortunately, the custom cut and trimmers didn't work properly. I was disappointed when the store wouldn't accept the return without a receipt, as I had received it as a gift. I am reaching out for help with this issue as I would like to continue using your products. Thank you.

I was excited to buy the Scunci 24-pack of hair elastics for thick hair as regular ones don't hold. However, the first elastic snapped when I used it and the others also broke easily. I tried a dozen and many broke before even putting them on. Some came apart at the seam. I have not used the remaining 8 yet. Disappointed that they break so easily and I couldn't even use them properly. It's frustrating as they claim to be strong. I hope to receive a replacement set that can hold up better.

I placed an order for a replacement bulb for my Conair electric makeup mirror over two weeks ago, and it has not arrived yet. The order number provided is #[redacted] with the serial number 3017MP4. My address is on Marie Ave. South Weymouth, Ma. [redacted]. I made the payment over the phone using my debit Mastercard and confirmed my address during that call. I experienced long hold times, waiting more than an hour to connect with customer service. Despite calling twice today, I was unable to reach anyone due to high call volume. I placed the order on January 13, [redacted], and am concerned about its status. The delays are frustrating, and I am hoping for assistance to resolve this issue promptly. If needed, I am willing to reorder online if the initial order did not go through. Thank you for any help you can provide. Sincerely, Rosemary P. Castellano

Hello there! I hope you're doing well.
I recently purchased a Conair brush with a lovely rainbow handle detail. I haven't had it for long and haven't used it much. After taking it on a weekend trip and leaving it in my bag for about a week (with only clothes in the bag, no chemicals or liquids), I've noticed the rainbow detail chipping away. I'm interested in a refund or a different finish for a replacement brush to avoid chipping. I have the original receipt and can provide photos if needed.
Thank you for your assistance!

I recently purchased the Conair Shines & Smoothes [redacted]% boar bristles hair brush and used it for the first time today. Unfortunately, as I brushed my hair, numerous bristles started falling out all over my counter, sink, and floor. I am a fan of Conair products, but this experience was disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback to prevent others from encountering the same issue. I disposed of the brush and do not expect anything in return. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please refrain from sharing my email address.

Hi, I purchased a brush gift set for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She loved it, but unfortunately, the bristles started falling off after just 3 weeks of use. I paid $25.99 for it, so it was not inexpensive. I'm very upset because Target refused to accept a return, leading my daughter-in-law to discard the brushes. I am feeling hurt, angry, and inconvenienced by this experience. I believe this issue should be addressed and some form of compensation offered for the trouble and time wasted. I would appreciate a response. Thank you. - Ana Rosello
