I recently purchased a set of hairbrushes from a Walmart store in Rutland, Vermont. The set included one small and one big brush, primarily black with blue accents at the ends of the handle. There is a blue ring where the handle meets the main brush, as well as blue balls at the end of the bristles. The handle features a blue box with the Conair logo in black. The brush shape is unique, not quite square, rectangular, or round, but more of a long, rounded rectangle. Unfortunately, after just two months of use, the smaller brush broke when I accidentally dropped it. The part that holds the bristles in place came loose and kept falling out, especially when dealing with tangles. I'm disappointed as I chose Conair for its comfort and durability, based on previous positive experiences. I would like to inquire about the possibility of getting a replacement for the small brush.

Hello, I recently used the Infinity Pro curler and encountered a problematic issue. I have videos showing the device curling my hair properly initially, but then it got stuck, produced smoke, and felt like it was burning. Even after turning it off, I couldn't release my hair. My friends tried to help, but we ultimately had to dismantle the Infinity Pro, causing damage, to free my hair. When I finally managed to remove it, my hair was coming out in multiple strands. I am concerned that my hair continues to fall out when I comb or touch it. Please let me know if you would like to see the videos. Thank you. My name is A.D.

Good morning, I contacted Conair by telephone on 02/11/19 mentioning Reference # [redacted]71. I received a mirror as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the 5x mirror is warped, making it unusable for makeup application. My previous mirror's 5x function was perfect, but this new one distorts my reflection, making it blurry and concave. I was asked to mail the defective mirror back to CONAIR, but the shipping cost is unexpectedly high, between $17.95 and $19.95, which seems unreasonable for a defective product return. I seek guidance on how to proceed without incurring this expense. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day. Debra S.

I purchased a Conair spin brush that stopped spinning. After speaking with a customer care associate, I provided my details for them to send a label and a replacement brush. It's been since January 25th, and despite sending an email three days ago, I have not received a response. My name is Dona B., and I reside at 11 Powder Horn Trail, Weaverville, NC [redacted]. I am concerned about the delay in resolving this issue, possibly due to the associate's challenges in recording my information correctly. The process involved multiple attempts with a supervisor's intervention due to computer issues. I seek clarification on the next steps to address this matter promptly. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

I have been a loyal Conair customer for years and have purchased various products like hair care items, curling irons, and steamers. My concern lies with the two Conair Florescent 1/10x Lite Mirrors I bought. The issue I am facing is not with the quality of the mirror's light but with the toggle switch, which has failed me twice now. I acquired the first mirror and its replacement from Bed Bath and Beyond, who advised me to reach out to Conair directly. As a 74-year-old, I find it disheartening to experience this problem after spending $[redacted] on each mirror, totaling $[redacted]. I even had to give away the first mirror after cutting the cord due to this issue. Can the toggle switch cord be replaced? I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this matter. Please consider helping me out as if I were your grandmother. I appreciate your attention to this and your otherwise excellent products. Thank you. - B.S. from Indiana

I have been a loyal user of Conair curling irons since the 1980s. Recently, when my old curling iron started malfunctioning, I switched to using my backup, the Conair Hot Sticks Instant Heat curling iron (Model CD81WCSR), but I encountered a problem. Due to my rheumatoid arthritis, I can only curl my hair in short bursts before needing to rest my hands. However, this curling iron has an auto-shutoff feature that turns it off before I can finish styling my hair, prolonging my morning routine unnecessarily. My previous Conair curling irons did not have this issue, so I am reaching out for assistance on how to either disable or adjust the auto-shutoff feature on this model. I hope to find a solution that allows me to continue using this curling iron effectively despite my physical limitations.

On January 24, [redacted], I bought a Cuisinart Micro, Grill, and Convection combo. After using it for the first time, it made a loud high-pitched noise throughout. I contacted Cuisinart and, after some insistence, they provided a return label for repairs. It's important to note that this item is brand new and was used only once. I carefully packaged it in a U-haul box with styrofoam and paper as padding and shipped it on the 13th of February. Unfortunately, when it was returned by UPS on the 13th of March, it was in poor condition with large and small dents, food residue, and scratches. The original box was thin and lacked proper packaging materials. Interestingly, it was marked as fragile. I am requesting a replacement or a refund for this damaged item.

I sent an email five days ago and have not received a response yet. In November, I bought a Conair Instant Heat curling iron from Amazon, a brand I've trusted for 25 years. However, after using the iron only 6-8 times, the spring snapped, causing the iron to bend and burn my hand. Despite receiving a refund from Amazon after a frustrating 50-minute phone call with 4 different representatives, I am disappointed with the product's quality. I have always been a fan of Conair styling tools but this incident has made me consider shopping elsewhere. This experience left me with half-curled hair that I had to rush to straighten before a party, as well as a burned hand and an unpleasant interaction with Amazon. Regards, M.S.

I recently bought the Conair Infiniti Pro on 3/15/19. I had high hopes because of the positive reviews, but I was disappointed. I have thick, coarse, curly hair, and unfortunately, this straightener has ruined my hair twice. The first time I used it, it turned my colored hair orange in some places even though I barely passed it through my hair. I had to recolor my hair to fix the brassiness. Today, when I was curling my hair with minimal contact, it turned orange in spots again. I'm upset to have to spend more money and time fixing my hair because of this $30 appliance. It's been a dreadful experience, and I regret purchasing it.

Hello, I have two Conair dryers that I've had to return multiple times. One is an Infinity-Pro, [redacted] watt, #584R (silver), and the other one is also an Infinity-Pro, [redacted] watt, #259NPRY (orange). I have another Infinity-Pro that gets too hot on the low warm setting, but it's bearable. The other two are unusable for me as they get way too hot on the low warm setting. I experienced hair loss previously as my doctor mentioned the hair dryers were too hot. I'm frustrated with the back and forth returns resulting in the same issue. A representative once suggested returning them to the store, but the numbers on the boxes I received are different from the ones I purchased. It's been too long for a store return, leaving me in a difficult situation. I'm greatly disappointed and upset with this experience. Could I please have a refund for the two overheating dryers? I mistakenly hoped Conair would assist, but I've encountered challenges. I spent over $80 on both of them. I kindly ask for your assistance as I have limited mobility due to my disability and rely on others for help. Thank you very much. Sincerely, M.O.

Hello, I have a question regarding my Digital Studies project at university. My group and I are researching the origins of a "Conair Black Big Button Slim Design Corded Phone." We are struggling to find detailed information about this specific phone. Do you know any resources provided by Conair that could help us trace back the origins of this phone? We have the old stickers/barcodes from the back of the phone for reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Alyssa

Hello, I have two Conair hair dryers that have been returned several times. One is an Infinity-Pro, ** watt, model ***R in silver. The other one is also an Infinity-Pro, ** watt, model ****NPRY in orange. The third Infinity-Pro hair dryer I own is too hot on the low warm setting, but I can bear it. The other two are too hot on the low warm setting and are unusable for me. I had hair loss issues due to the high heat of the dryers. Repeatedly sending them back without any improvement has been frustrating. I was advised by a representative to return them to the store, but the model numbers on the boxes do not match what I bought, and too much time has passed. I am disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I would like a refund for the two excessively hot hair dryers as I am on a limited budget and struggle to move around due to a disability. I appreciate your help. Thank you. Marlene O.

Hello. I bought your Infinity Pro hair dryer at a local store last summer. It never reached the desired warmth, even on the high setting, resulting in long drying times. After 3-4 months, it lost even more heat on the low setting. I exchanged it for a new one at the store, only to face the same issues. Shortly after, parts started falling off and the motor seemed to be failing. Without a receipt, returning it wasn't an option. In a last attempt, it even sparked a flame while in use! This $40 dryer has become a safety hazard. Any chance for a refund or assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Conair, I am following up on my previous correspondence regarding my two dryers. I kindly request a refund as I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the products. I have retained the receipts for both dryers. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Marlene O.

Hello! I wanted to share how pleased I am with your products. I've had the same hair dryer for nearly a decade, and it's still performing well. I've been considering getting a new one, but finances are tight as my mixed-race granddaughter is now under my care. I'm facing difficulties with caring for her hair properly and was wondering if you could kindly send me coupons by mail as my printer is not working. Any hair care tips or samples would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Angel Green [redacted] North Stuart Street Baltimore, Maryland [redacted]

Hello, I am inquiring about the durability of your blow dryer products. I used a Conair [redacted], model#[redacted], purchased on 2/19/17, which stopped working after 2 years and 3 months of use. Recently, I bought the Conair I/P Rose Gold dryer, but I noticed it tends to pull hair into the fan during drying despite being cautious. It has a different barrel length compared to my old dryer, which may take some time to adjust to. I am considering returning it for something else. I am simply interested in the life expectancy of your products. Thank you, Barbara

I visited Ulta on June 9, [redacted], on Richmond Avenue to purchase a set of hot rollers. Upon noticing a "Gift with Purchase" sign, I mentioned it to the cashier who informed me they were out of the gift, which they deemed unsatisfactory. When considering going to another store, I was discouraged as the cashier again referred to the gift negatively. After contacting customer service, I received a response minimizing my concerns, saying it was just one person's opinion. Disappointed by this experience, I will not be purchasing Conair products again. I had hoped for better customer service, perhaps an offer to replace the item. Ulta's handling of this situation makes me question their respect for products.

Hello, I have attempted to contact customer service by phone and email regarding an issue with my recent order of a $[redacted] Kira Kira Scrunchie. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not received a response. The Scrunchie was delivered to the wrong address in North Carolina instead of to my correct address in Indiana at [redacted] Springside Lane Court Unit H, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. I have attached photos for reference. I urgently need the Scrunchie for an event this Saturday, September 8th. I am requesting either a new Scrunchie to be overnighted to me or for the original one to be located by UPS in North Carolina and expedited to my correct address. This issue lies with Scünci, not UPS, as they delivered to the wrong address provided by Scünci. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from Conair and Scünci. Please, I request a prompt response via email or phone at [redacted]. Thank you, Kaitlyn B.

Hello, I purchased rollers from you on Amazon. The first time I plugged them in, they became very hot quickly, yet the light remained on indicating they were not ready for use. They started to smoke and emit a smell. I unplugged them and tried again later, only to have the same issue with smoke and smell, even after leaving them on for 20 minutes. The rollers were excessively hot to the touch. On the third attempt, the rollers did not heat up at all, and the metal bar, typically too hot to touch, was only slightly warm. They consistently fail to heat up, rendering them unusable. Thank you.
