When I try to convert my BTC to euros, I am asked to upload my passport for KYC verification. However, when I attempt to upload it, I receive an error message stating "We could not verify your identity," citing the country_code not found.
Furthermore, contacting them via telephone at [redacted] has proven to be impossible, and my emails are being bounced back.

I recently received assistance from a purported Coinbase hacker who led me to transferring all my assets to their account once I logged out. I then received an email from coinbase.com notifying me of my account closure due to zero balance. I called the number [redacted] provided and was greeted as a Coinbase customer service agent. After changing my password, reconnecting my bank account, and making new purchases to maintain account activity, I realized the number I called was not correct. I suspect the scammer has control over my phone, computer, and account and need to disconnect my bank account from the compromised Coinbase account. I also discovered that every time I dial the Coinbase number, it connects me to the scammer. What steps should I take next to resolve this issue?

Hello,
I encountered an issue with verifying my identity on Coinbase as my identity document was deemed "no longer valid." In France, the validity of my ID card has been extended from 10 to 15 years as per the government law linked below. Therefore, my ID card is valid until [redacted].

I am a Coinbase Pro user and have been corresponding with Coinbase via the email linked to my account. However, when I checked the website, my account was no longer linked to that email address.
