Hello, I am part of a digital development agency and we are considering using a CDN to enhance the speed of our website. As we review the different plans available, we have some queries. Specifically, we are curious about the additional charges within the free plan and whether they are necessary. Additionally, we are looking into the benefits of the pro plan to see if the extra speed is worthwhile. Our website, developgreece.com, features a blog, a portfolio, and numerous image files. I have recently set up a new domain account for shuttercraft.co.uk. Additionally, I have acquired a Cloudflare PRO subscription for this domain. Prior to the purchase, I conducted research on the Cloudflare help community pages and discovered that it is feasible to only point the A record without transferring the full name server DNS. Hello, I recently made a purchase on shopnext1's website, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. After doing some research, it appears that there may be an issue with the connection between Cloudflare and shopnext1.com, resulting in a timeout with the web server. Hello, I wanted to inquire about Cloudflare's readiness to assist its customers with addressing the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requirements following the acquisition of Aporeto.com by Palo Alto Networks. We are particularly interested in how Cloudflare plans to collaborate with customers in this regard. Additionally, I am curious to know if Cloudflare is open to entering agreements that would classify them as a "service provider" under the CCPA, meaning they would solely use personal information for the contracted purpose and not retain or disclose it for other reasons. I am having trouble with an unwanted program on my computer called Cloudflare. Even though I did not install it, I cannot seem to uninstall it. This software is causing issues with playing games and opening programs on my PC. I am frustrated because I cannot find it in my list of programs to remove. I am hoping to receive an email tomorrow with instructions on how to remove Cloudflare from my computer. If I do not hear back, I may need to seek legal advice as I find this situation unacceptable. It is very frustrating to encounter error messages preventing me from using certain programs because of this unwanted software. Hello, I recently added an SSL certificate to my website, www.kidzoneplayhome.com, two days ago. However, the site is having issues on Android phones, but it functions correctly on iPhones. Also, out of the five pages on the site, only the two middle pages are displaying as secure. I have a website, landscapingproz.com, that appears unsecured even though I have correctly changed the DNS settings. Cloudflare is recommending that I connect to my server via ftp.landscapingproz.com instead of landscapingproz.com for increased security. Could someone provide guidance on how to make this change? I would appreciate it if someone from support could assist me in making the necessary updates.

I'm new to using Cloudflare through Siteground. Initially, I created a Cloudflare account through cloudflare.com and added my site without knowing Siteground had Cloudflare built-in. I tried to activate Cloudflare in Siteground, but the process got confusing. I ended up activating and deactivating features and making changes to DNS settings that have left my site in disarray. I'm unsure how to rectify this situation and return my site to its original settings. Any guidance on how to correct or reset my site would be greatly appreciated as I'm currently uncertain about the entire process.

I am encountering an issue with the email deliverability page showing an error message regarding the alternate HELO and PTR value mismatch for the domains "birdviewgroup.com" and "mail.birdviewtravels.com". The system is sending emails from the IP address "80.[redacted].[redacted].91" with an unexpected PTR value of "mail.skiibo.com". To resolve this, I need to request the system administrator to update all PTR records for "91.[redacted].[redacted].80.in-addr.arpa" to the correct record at "ns1.contabo.net" and "ns2.contabo.net".

The correct PTR value for this IP should be "mail.birdviewtravels.com," but there is an unexpected PTR value set to "mail.skiibo.com." Hello, I need assistance with resolving an issue with a page rule. I recently set up a page rule to cache certain URLs and bypass wp-login and wp-admin using the rules provided in my message. However, when I test the page URLs using CF-Cache-Status, they are not being hit. I discovered that changing my encryption from full strict to flexible allows the rule to work, but this results in my website going down. My hosting support advised against changing the encryption to flexible. I also set the DNS cloud to orange for the domain/subdomain I want to trigger, but it did not resolve the issue. Could you please suggest any advice or provide guidance on how to make this setup work seamlessly? Thanks.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with accessing a website that I have been using without any issues in the past. The website in question is foodpanda.com.my, which is an online platform for ordering food. Unfortunately, I am now encountering a problem where every time I try to visit the website, I am prompted with a message saying, "One more step. Please complete the security check to access www.foodpanda.my." This has become quite bothersome, and despite reaching out to the website's customer service for help, I have not been able to resolve the issue. As an 82-year-old retiree living in the Philippines for the past two years, accessing my USA online banking account is crucial to my daily routine. Three days ago, when I tried to log into my credit union's website, I was unexpectedly met with an "ERROR [redacted]: ACCESS DENIED" message. I immediately contacted the credit union, and they confirmed that my account wasn't blocked, suggesting the issue might be with my browser. Despite my limited technical skills, I have been unable to resolve the denial. Not being able to access my account has left me feeling lost. Please, I kindly request to have my access unblocked. We are attempting to utilize Free Cloudflare CDN nameservers, and our web host support from ipower.com advised us to contact you to update our A records to "66.96.[redacted].[redacted]". My website has been incorrectly identified as phishing once more. The report claimed we were imitating Roblox, which is entirely untrue. Our footer explicitly states that we are not associated with Roblox in any way. We do not use any Roblox branding or images. This is not the first time Cloudflare has acted on false reports without thorough investigation. It is damaging to our business, and we urge Cloudflare to conduct proper checks before taking action. Additionally, we do not collect passwords; our login page only asks for usernames. We reassure users that we will never request their Roblox password.
