Every time we attempt to create an account, it shows as closed due to inactivity, requesting us to create a new account. We have followed this instruction and made two entirely new accounts, but we still receive the same message. This situation is preventing us from earning money. It took three weeks to resolve last time, and here we are facing the same issue again. We originally used [redacted] but encountered problems. Today, we tried creating accounts with [redacted] or mojoziggy#[redacted] with new passwords and nicknames. We used names like Marion Kauffman or Sue Kauffman or Marion Sue Kauffman. We urgently need this issue fixed as soon as possible.

On July 23, I noticed a charge of seven dollars from Clickbank for a numerologist report I never authorized. Despite contacting them multiple times requesting a refund, I have been given the runaround, being told to call a different number each time. I refuse to make any more calls and I am adamant about receiving a prompt refund. My email linked to the account is [redacted] I can be reached at [redacted]. I ordered over USD $[redacted] worth of your digital products last night. It is frustrating that there is no customer service available at ClickBank in Boise. I have kept all my product codes. As a retired attorney, my time is precious. I hope to receive a call from a live person in Boise who can assist in English. I prefer U.S.-based customer service personnel who speak English.
