I previously cancelled my Parallels subscription in September this year. However, I was charged £69.99 on my credit card on 12-10-[redacted]. The reference number is [redacted]98 and the invoice number is AKD-[redacted]1. The MBNA credit card ends in (xxxx [redacted]). I believe I cancelled within the required timeframe and now request a full refund as I no longer require this product. Thank you.

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my computer and attempted to install CCleaner using the information provided in your email. However, I have encountered an error message (0x2f83) stating that the computer is disconnected from a network. This is confusing as my network connection is stable. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling CCleaner multiple times, the issue persists.
Interestingly, when I repeated the process on another computer, CCleaner installed without any issues. I am reaching out for assistance as I am unsure how to resolve this problem.

I have decided to cancel my subscription to Winzip Ultimate PC Care. My initial experience last year was unsatisfactory as I encountered multiple issues with the product that Tech Support did not assist with. Unfortunately, giving it another try this year has only worsened matters as none of the features are functional and Tech Support has been unresponsive. I have tried to contact them via email to no avail. Due to these ongoing problems, I will be removing all Winzip-related files from my computer and request a refund of $[redacted].24. Please proceed with canceling my subscription.

I recently forgot to keep my CCleaner Professional bundle activated, and now it has expired. I bought a new CCleaner Professional bundle but I'm unable to install or activate it. Additionally, I'm having trouble uninstalling the old versions of CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, and other programs. I downloaded a new CCleaner Professional version from the website, but it hangs during installation and only opens the free version of CCleaner. When I try to activate it, my old key is the only one I have. I've received a confirmation email with the old registration key initially, then a subsequent email for the new installation, but it doesn't accept my correct username. Using the old key deactivates the program. I just want to install the fresh CCleaner Professional I paid for and update or ignore the previous version. The other apps like Defraggler and Recuva won't install either. I may need a new activation key. I tried installing CCleanerBundle-[redacted]-Setup.exe, but it hangs and shows an error message saying the registration information is invalid. When attempting to install CCleaner, it gives an error message stating it's deactivated. I hope this explanation is clear.

I recently purchased CCleaner Professional Bundle for 5 devices for 2 years at a special renewal price but mistakenly downloaded the Windows version instead of the Mac version. I tried various methods to resolve this, including uninstalling the program, which led to losing access to my existing plan. Feeling frustrated without assistance, I reverted to the free plan and was subsequently billed for my original plan again. I seek to switch the 4/12/22 purchase to the Mac version and request a refund for the 5/27/22 renewal.

I am experiencing some uncertainties with my recent Cleverbridge order. I am 86 years old and encountered issues during the ordering process. I received a form with my details but am now being asked for verification which is not clearly specified. The order seems to have been canceled, possibly due to suspicion of unauthorized access, but I believe it was just me trying to provide information. There is no mention of payment. I recently renewed my CC Cleaner for 2 years, extending the expiration date to June [redacted], on March 19th. It seems I forgot to update the key associated with the license. When trying to retrieve my key, the system couldn't locate my purchase using my email address. I checked my credit card transactions but couldn't find it as it might have been under Cleverbridge. Today, thinking the first purchase didn't go through, I repurchased it. The new key from today's purchase is 2FTQAR-KLHGZ2-5UUDLJ. After requesting the key email, I received records for both today's purchase and the one from March 19th. I would like to keep the initial purchase and have a refund for today's purchase made on March 31st.

I recently purchased Winzip System Utilities Suite and Winzip Malware Protector using PayPal. I received an email confirmation and downloaded the software. However, the license key didn't work even after re-installing. To my surprise, upon checking my PayPal account, I noticed that I was charged twice for the purchase.

I received a notice from PayPal regarding a payment made to Cleverbridge on my AmEx card for a subscription renewal. Unfamiliar with Cleverbridge, I disputed the charge. Unfortunately, this led to the cancellation of my Malwarebytes account, as Cleverbridge was the payment processor. There was no prior indication that Cleverbridge was associated with Malwarebytes. I reached out to Malwarebytes via email to explain the situation, express my appreciation for their product, and request a bill from them directly for payment. Malwarebytes acknowledged my emails and mentioned they would follow up on the issue. I am awaiting their response. I am sharing this without including the identification numbers from their emails as I am uncertain how to do so without losing this message. I will attempt to provide those numbers later. I purchased EaseUS MobileMover from Cleverbridge at a discounted price of $29.95 for a year on September 5, [redacted]. Despite the printed documents indicating my next payment of $19.95 is due on the same date, I received a message stating that the next payment of $59.95 is due. Feeling frustrated about potentially being scammed, they provided a website that I couldn't reach. I am aware that I have a 30-day window to request a refund. The phone number directs me to contact support at Cleverbridge.com or email support. I will explore these options before considering escalating this matter to the FTC and Attorney General, possibly even going to court if necessary.
