I recently purchased the Rugged Ridge phone holder for Jeep JL (stock #[redacted]) and encountered difficulties attaching it to the base unit. The ball swivel is extremely tight and makes adjustments challenging, plus it causes the charging cord to obstruct the computer screen on the dash. Due to these issues, I have ordered the 67 Designs product hoping for better functionality.

I placed an order for expensive parts over two months ago. Unfortunately, I'm still missing my brake conversion kit for a '68 Mustang and other items. I've been patiently waiting for Anthony Lee to help resolve the issue, but he is no longer responding to my emails. My car has been on jack stands for nearly two months as we removed parts to install the new ones ordered from you, but they haven't arrived. There have been no updates, and I can't reach anyone by phone or email. I'm very frustrated because I paid for something that hasn't been delivered. I've been trying to reach customer service for the past two days with no success. I was promised a callback yesterday evening, but I never received one. My order number is #[redacted]9, and I am concerned about the status since the tracking initially showed an expected delivery date of 7/5/[redacted], but now it does not provide any estimated time. My package was expected on October 22, [redacted], but it only arrived on November 2, [redacted]. The box was severely damaged, and several parts were missing or broken, including a rearview mirror, an emergency switch, a pair of window seals, and an adjustable strut rod. I had tracked the shipment of the two boxes, and though one arrived on time, the second seemed to have been on a FedEx truck for 10 days, being loaded and unloaded multiple times. It appears that the items were not well protected inside the package, as they were loose and damaged upon arrival. I am missing essential parts, and I am requesting replacements. I placed an order for parcel # [redacted] with tracking # [redacted][redacted] on November 8th. It appears that it was shipped on the 9th. Checking the tracking information, it was scheduled for delivery on November 17th, which seemed too long to me.
As of 6:06 p.m. central time on the 18th, I am unable to track my order's current location. I kindly request a more realistic delivery date. If I had known it would take this amount of time, I would have opted for expedited shipping. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the [redacted] number resulted in a lengthy wait time, with the automated system promising a call back within an hour. After being hung up on, I called again at 4:19 p.m. and was told to expect a return call in 40 minutes, which never happened. I am currently dissatisfied with the service provided by CJ Pony Parts.

I'm still waiting for my 66 Mustang seat covers from order number [redacted]4 since August. I'm concerned because the parts arrived separately. Although the tracking says it was delivered, I haven't received it. Please investigate why this is and provide me with an update. I recently purchased various parts and accessories from CJ Pony Parts, but unfortunately, some of the body parts were not up to standard. After attaching them, I noticed the quality issues, which have caused me delays in my project. Although I spoke to a representative who offered a $25 discount, I still feel this does not adequately address the problems I encountered. The discount code also did not work during the checkout process. I have photos of the defective parts and hope that a better solution can be reached, as I have future plans to order more parts for my other Mustang restoration projects from CJ Pony Parts.
