I have reached out to Chat support multiple times, approximately 3 or 4 occasions, but I can't recall the exact number. Every time I've tried to install internet safeguard, they instruct me to wait for an hour. However, when I return after the hour, they close the chat assuming the issue is resolved since they haven't heard back. Holding the phone line for an hour is not feasible for me as anything can happen during that time. My main concern is not being able to log into an account that I haven't created. The system prompts me to log in, but I haven't set up any password. The one time I managed to log in, it later displayed as invalid. When I attempt to reset the password, it claims the old password provided is incorrect. This loop has been happening over the past few days, and I can't access the account unless it’s properly set up. If there's a step I may be missing, please advise me accordingly.

I am feeling disheartened to learn that new customers get a $[redacted] gift card. What about us, the loyal customers who have been with you for years? Wouldn't rewarding our loyalty encourage us to refer our family and friends to your business?
I noticed Altafiber is advertising $49.99 and T-Mobile is offering $25. I called to inquire and now my bill is reduced from $72.18 to $66.40. Is that the best offer available?
This situation is quite disappointing for me as a customer.

I noticed a new wire hanging down in my yard and a neighbor mentioned your company is installing new lines in our neighborhood. I need to confirm if the wire is yours and have it adjusted because it will affect my gardening plans next week. The address is [redacted] Flesher Ave., Kettering, Ohio [redacted].
Someone called me, and they will send assistance to address this issue. I am not a Cincy Bell customer; I simply have an unneeded low wire that I would like either lifted or taken off my property.

I recently noticed that my Internet speed from Cincinnati Bell Fioptics, which should be [redacted] Mbps, was only reaching between [redacted] to [redacted] Mbps. I couldn't understand why. During a check, your technician indicated that I was receiving [redacted] Mbps because I tried upgrading from [redacted] to [redacted] Mbps, hoping for a speed increase, but there was no change. When my wife used her Apple computer in the same setup as mine, connected identically, she achieved speeds over [redacted] Mbps. This led me to suspect that the issue might be with my computer. After three days of troubleshooting with Apple's tech support, reinstalling the OS multiple times, and carefully reviewing all settings, even three senior advisors were unable to find a solution. Your technician confirmed the correct speeds directly from my wi-fi router. Although everything is functioning, I seem unable to reach the top speed. Apple suggested sending in the computer, but as long as it's working, I've decided to keep it. Please downgrade my speed back to [redacted] Mbps since the additional speed does not make a difference to me. I appreciate the help and expertise of your technician during this process.
