One of the employees verbally attacked me, and later the general manager was present when the staff member 'Gia' quit and threatened me. Despite returning with my elderly parents, she followed us to our car from the front desk, shouting vulgarities. Being a mature woman driving my parents to their winter residence, having raised teenagers and running a successful business, I find being confronted by young individuals like Gia unnecessary and distressing.

I am writing to formally complain about the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent hotel stay. Upon check-in, I discovered that the room had not been cleaned from the prior guest, with human waste, bodily fluids, and food left behind. When I brought these concerns to the hotel staff, I was met with hostility and asked to leave. This response was unacceptable given the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. As a paying guest, I expect a clean and safe room. The presence of bodily fluids and unclean areas is not only unacceptable but also a potential hazard to my health and my family's health. The staff's failure to address the situation and asking me to leave when I raised my concerns is unprofessional and concerning. I request immediate action to address this matter, including a thorough cleaning of the room and a refund for the unsatisfactory stay. I would like to share my recent experience regarding a reservation at the Choice Privileges hotel in Oklahoma City for May 29. Unfortunately, I overlooked the non-refundable policy and am now trying to cancel my reservation due to a canceled family gathering.
I have reached out to the hotel twice to request a refund, but I recently received a notification stating I am still booked for May 28-29, which contradicts my cancellation request.
Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach the hotel manager for assistance. I have family in Oklahoma City and hope to stay at this hotel in the future. I understand my mistake and hope for a fair resolution, either through a refund or credit to my card.

During our stay at Econo Lodge in Cortland, NY, we encountered unsatisfactory accommodations which led us to check-out early. Despite canceling our reservation for the following day, we were charged $[redacted].62 along with an additional $[redacted].54. The experience was disappointing as there were disturbances in the parking lot and questionable activities among guests on bikes. The hotel did not live up to the representation on their website, leaving us scrambling to find alternative lodging. Attempts to contact customer relations were frustrating as the call disconnected four times. We kindly request a prompt refund totaling $[redacted].16.

Last night, we stayed at your Comfort Suites in Billings, Montana. We needed to do our laundry but didn't have detergent. We assumed we could buy some at the motel, but unfortunately, it wasn't available for purchase. After staying at the motel for a week, we brought everything to wash. We tried to buy detergent at the front desk, but it wasn't possible. We were disappointed because we relied on the available laundry service and didn't know what to do without soap while the amenities were closed for the night.

I stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Midway, Florida from Friday to Saturday, with a reservation for Sunday that I couldn’t use. On Sunday, my ex-girlfriend called the hotel, and to my dismay, the front desk clerk disclosed private details about me to her. I was informed that my card was declined and that I hadn't checked in. This breach of confidentiality has forced me to cancel my card and request a new one due to the leakage of sensitive information. I believe it was highly inappropriate for the clerk to share this information without my consent, particularly to someone who is unrelated to me. I am troubled by this incident and request that appropriate actions be taken as I now have to rectify this situation on my own. I find it troubling that the hotel would disclose personal and financial information about their paying guests in this manner. If possible, I would appreciate someone reaching out to me regarding this matter.
