I have paid my fine for my suspended license and successfully reinstated it. I need my driving job with Uber back urgently. I have twins, my youngest are still babies. I am a college student and rely on this job to take care of my family and pay off my school expenses. Uber keeps saying they will email me to check in with Checker, but they don't provide a phone number for direct contact. On the 17th of last month, I disputed a background check for Uber. I recently changed my license back to North Carolina from PA, which changed my license from inactive to active. My family and I have been struggling ever since because I can't drive for Uber to earn money. I just need them to resolve the dispute and recognize that my license is now active. I recently applied for a job with DoorDash, and they conducted a Checkr background check on me. Everything came back clear except for one issue regarding my driver's license, which they claim was suspended on 11/22. I have no memory of this suspension, and even if it did occur, it is resolved now, and my license is clean. I have been struggling to reach DoorDash directly to address this matter as Checkr kept redirecting me back to them. Unfortunately, I have only been able to reach their back service and have been denied the job due to this issue with my license. I am unsure about the specific action they are taking against me and how to proceed to rectify this misunderstanding. I was incorrectly accused of a crime, and Checkr shared this information with Doordash, leading to the suspension of my account. Recently, I represented myself in court, and all charges were dismissed. These false accusations have greatly impacted me, leaving me in financial distress. I urgently need Checkr to update their report and send it to Doordash so I can resume working and avoid financial repercussions. I am hopeful that rectifying this error will help me rebuild my life. I used to drive for Uber in California about five years ago before moving to Phoenix, AZ. On signing up to drive for Uber in Phoenix, my California information was mistakenly retained instead of updating to my current Arizona details. To rent a car in Arizona for Uber, I need an Arizona license, so I surrendered my California license at the Motor Vehicle Department. I have uploaded my new Arizona license to Checkr and Uber. However, Checkr's background check shows my California license as canceled and the Arizona license as out of state, which is incorrect. This error is preventing me from driving in Arizona. I have a clean background and a valid Arizona license. There seems to be confusion due to the license issue. Please rectify this error on your end so I can resume driving. I am frustrated with the ongoing issues with checkr causing my Uber Eats account to be suspended. Despite having a valid Colorado license, checkr flagged my account for an expired license. My DoorDash account got deactivated, and I can't figure out why. They mentioned something about my background check being the issue, but I believe there's been a mistake. I'm unable to work for DoorDash or any other company due to this report. Uber and DoorDash both requested background checks through Checkr for me. While DoorDash's check was completed in just 15 minutes in June [redacted], Uber's checks have been pending for a significant amount of time. One has been pending since April [redacted], and the other since July 17, [redacted]. This delay has prevented me from working for Uber for nearly a month. Uber claims the delay is due to Checkr, but when attempting to contact them, I have not received any assistance. Despite reaching out by phone and email, I have not been able to get any useful information from Checkr, as they keep telling me to wait.

I was recently deactivated from Uber Eats and Door Dash, despite maintaining good ratings for over two years with both companies. The incident in question occurred 7 years ago. By August, my driving record should reflect a clean status in Montana. I believe I just need to have my background check reevaluated. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at either company to discuss this issue further. Each time I try to address the matter, I receive a standard response and am redirected to contact the other company for assistance.

I have gone through background checks with a company for 3 years using Checkr, and they usually take 24-48 hours, but this time it's been over a week which is causing financial issues as I can't start a new job. The company's portal doesn't show any check being processed for the new job, and the customer service chat system is unhelpful and vague. Checkr's phone line claims a 3-7 business day wait, which I have exceeded. It's frustrating as I've had quick checks in the past. Why does it take so long for a simple update when I've been cleared by the same company annually for 3 years? I feel ignored as an existing client. It's disheartening not knowing if the check is even being processed. Waiting on hold for 45 minutes is also inconvenient with no clear information provided. The lack of response and clarity is causing me stress and uncertainty.

I have been deactivated from DoorDash due to a background check conducted by your company. The same criminal offense for which I was hired has been flagged, despite appealing this issue three times and contacting them. I urge you to intervene and either allow the background check to pass without the flag on my non-violent offenses or remove my criminal history. My deactivation is solely based on this background issue, not due to any performance reasons. Please communicate with the team responsible for activations and deactivations to rectify this situation. The individuals performing these background checks are not based in the USA and may not be familiar with US laws, which I have tried to explain to them. I have informed them of my background concern, and now I am seeking your assistance in resolving it. Thank you for your help.
