I need to change my flight date for departure from Las Vegas. My name is Carol Bairos, and you can reach me at +[redacted]7 or email me at [redacted] Currently, my flight is booked to leave Las Vegas airport on Friday, August 4th, but I'd like to reschedule it for August 3rd at 10:?? PM. Due to not receiving a confirmation email, I am unable to provide my ticket number. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Unfortunately, Cheaptickets failed to inform me when my flight was cancelled due to their mistake. I had to contact them myself, arrange new flights, and pay $1,[redacted] without receiving any compensation, credit, or apology for their error. The only correspondence I received was a confirmation of the new flights. When I couldn't retrieve my flight details on the airline's app, I had to contact Cheaptickets again. I am looking to escalate this issue to express my dissatisfaction with how it was handled.
