I am trying to locate my ticket from my Jamaica [redacted] trip, which I was told could be used for travel due to medical reasons. Currently in Kathmandu, Nepal with my family (3) for a round trip from GJT to KTM starting on April 21, [redacted]. Our return date of June 14 has been affected by Covid-19 lockdowns, resulting in all flights being canceled except for one flight per week on the KTM-DOH route. I received this message from CheapTickets today regarding changes to my flight itinerary. I decided to cancel my flight, but I'm unsure if only the flight was canceled or if the entire package including the hotel was canceled. We opted for the baggage-inclusive option but were still charged for their luggage. We have a screenshot to validate this. If the fees were made clear, we would not have chosen this. On 25/10/[redacted], I made a booking and payment online through Cheaptickets for a return trip (EUR [redacted].36) to Vancouver, including cancellation insurance (Policy no.: MD131126). The borders in Canada were closed to tourism on the departure date (24/08/[redacted]). Despite trying to cancel online in advance, it was not possible. When I reached out to Cheaptickets, the chatbot and customer service representative were unable to assist me. My attempt to get help via the Facebook page also led me back to the unhelpful chatbot. Considering postponing the trip came with additional costs. I felt uncertain about the cancellation insurance and feared losing more money. After weeks have passed without travel, I remain out of pocket and without an explanation as to why I couldn't cancel despite having paid for the insurance.

I made a mistake typing Myriam Perroux's name when booking a flight to Johannesburg through cheaptickets.ch. I mistakenly wrote "Myriam Perroux" instead of "Myriam Perroux" on ticket number [redacted][redacted]. I reached out to cheaptickets but they were unable to assist and directed me to Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines informed me that the correction must be done by the agent, suggesting I contact cheaptickets again. I made a reservation on www.cheaptickets.nl for my family trip. While booking, I selected and paid for specific seats, which is shown on the payment overview. Unfortunately, the E-ticket I received via email does not list the seats I reserved. This is concerning as we paid extra for front-row seats with extra legroom, especially because we are traveling with a toddler. I kindly request Cheaptickets to reissue the E-ticket with the correct seat information for all passengers on our flights.

I booked my flight back from India to Germany through cheaptickets.de with the intention of changing it from 22.8. to 17.8.22. I've attempted this three times by selecting different flight options on their website. After each attempt, I received an email instructing me to engage in a live chat with their customer service team. I would like to inform you that a booking was made today from Munich to Osaka with flight PEGXAA. The second flight from Haneda to Osaka (LH4854) was originally scheduled for 13 o'clock but has been changed to 11 o'clock due to a system update. This new timing poses a challenge for us as we need to manage picking up our luggage in Haneda, changing terminals, dropping off the luggage, going through security, especially with our 15-month-old daughter. Given these circumstances, we might not be able to make it in time for our connecting flight, which is why we initially chose a flight with a 4-hour gap between flights. I have already contacted Lufthansa, who mentioned they require the tickets to be generated first before they can make any adjustments. Since the beginning of August [redacted], I have been in email contact with Cheaptickets customer service regarding a refund for a flight voucher issued during the Covid pandemic. Despite sending seven follow-up emails approximately every 10-14 days, I keep receiving similar responses. I have also reached out to Qatar Airways and was informed that the case was forwarded to the relevant department, but no progress has been made. I have requested communication between Cheaptickets and Qatar without receiving a response. Attempts to contact Qatar by phone have been unsuccessful, and I have not found a hotline number for Cheaptickets besides the one on their website. It appears they might be stalling. I booked a flight through Flugladen.de for myself and my 2 children from Cairo to Zürich. Upon arrival at the airport for check-in, only my children's tickets were found, not mine. I immediately contacted cheaptickets for assistance in obtaining my correct ticket number. Unfortunately, the process took too long, and I had to purchase a new ticket at the check-in counter to ensure we could all fly together. I am looking to switch to an earlier connecting flight to Geneva and avoid a 6-hour wait at Istanbul Airport.
