Chase Customer Service Issues

I am having trouble accessing my long-term checking account online with Chase. Despite trying to change my password, I still cannot log in. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify my identity through the phone at the moment, leaving me unable to access my account. Recently, I learned that my Amazon Visa Rewards Card is connected to Chase, adding to my frustration as I cannot make payments or set up automatic payments without accessing my account. It is very concerning that I have no means of contacting Chase online through chat for assistance in resolving this issue. I am contemplating visiting a bank location, but I am unsure if they will be able to help me with this situation.

I was locked out of my Chase account, and I believe it's because I attempted multiple payments to my nephew via Zelle which didn't go through. I kept trying, not realizing it was processing each time. Later, I went back to cancel the transactions, and that's when I received a notice about my account being locked. How can I go about unlocking it?

I recently opened an account with Chase and deposited my check. I tried to transfer money through my Chase account using my cellphone multiple times.
