I have identified two charges on my recent statement that I would like to dispute. Both charges are from PureIntentShop on November 23, [redacted], one for $[redacted].93 and the other for $29.99. I made purchases of two humidifiers and replacement filters, but they have not been shipped yet according to the tracking number provided. I am requesting for a Chase representative to contact me with a direct phone number to connect with a live customer service agent. The automated service line has not been helpful. I am unable to resolve this issue online due to difficulties resetting my username and password on my account. I prefer having the option to speak with a live person rather than relying solely on online services. Once my concerns are addressed, I am considering canceling the account.

I am having a dispute with a purchase I made on November 21, [redacted], from FamilyGiftsCo that I have not received yet. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them through email, messenger, and phone calls, all of which went unanswered, I have not been able to get information about my order. They claim thousands of products were lost in transit and are trying to fix the issue before Christmas. However, I have asked them multiple times to cancel my order. Today, I received a new order confirmation #[redacted] for $69.95, while my original order #[redacted] was for $55.96. I want a refund for the initial charge of $55.96 since I never received the product and do not want to be charged any additional fees. I have made it clear to them that I want this new order cancelled. Thank you, Mollie C.

I applied for a Chase Freedom Flex card on December 12, but have not received it yet. I was looking forward to using it for holiday shopping instead of my Citibank MC. I am having trouble reaching out to Chase without an account number. I hope someone from Chase can assist me in getting the Chase Freedom Flex card.

I receive a paper bill from you in the mail every month. I sent my check payment on December 9, [redacted], and the bill was due on December 24, [redacted]. However, I received an email on December 29, [redacted], stating I had a bill due soon. I have not received any recent bill in the mail that would be due in January [redacted]. When I called customer service, I was unable to speak to anyone and was informed of a late fee and additional charges totaling $99.92 due on January 24th. I am confused and would like to discuss this with a representative. It seems like my December payment may not have been received. Please contact me by phone to help resolve this matter. Thank you, Emily P.

Card [redacted]. A payment of $[redacted].22 was submitted on 1/1/[redacted] via check# [redacted], covering the total amount due. However, as of 1/12/[redacted], the check has not been cleared by Village Bank & Trust, and the due date is approaching on 1/15/[redacted]. To prevent late fees and interest charges, I am looking for guidance on making a telephone payment. A similar situation occurred with a Chase Card where a payment was delayed, resulting in added fees despite the check being sent before the next statement. I aim to prevent this scenario from repeating with this account. Thank you. J. E. Cece

I would like to dispute the late fee and interest charged on my account. I understand that my payment arrived late, sent on December 28th but processed by you on January 19th. I have experienced delays in other bill payments reaching their destinations, affecting me with late fees. I suspect the issue may be with the postal service, either on my end or yours. Sometimes, when I mail multiple checks at once, some arrive on time while others do not. Because of this inconsistency, I request a credit of the $27.00 late fee and $2.57 interest. Since the delay was not due to any fault of mine, I believe it is fair to have these charges removed.

I subscribed to TV Guide in December, but did not receive anything in January. I recently received a 2-week magazine for Feb. 1-14 that is not suitable for me as it mainly focuses on cable users, and I do not have cable. TV Guide directed me to another agency to cancel my subscription, and after multiple phone calls, I was only able to reach a data service that redirected me to subscriptionagency.com. I am looking to cancel the $56.68 charge on my Chase card dated 12/27 for Magazine Subscription [redacted] NY before the automatic payment on 2-14-21 from my checking account. Please confirm if this is sufficient information. Thank you. -J.P. and S.P.

Last Friday, I received an alert about unauthorized charges on my credit card totaling $3,[redacted]. It was claimed that the charges were made on a Chinese gambling website, which I have never visited. When I disputed the charges, I was advised to purchase gift cards worth the same amount to prevent the pending Bank of China charge. I bought $3,[redacted] gift cards from Lowes as instructed, and after providing the card numbers, the charge is still showing on my account. The charge, linked to account #4[redacted] 0[redacted], is unacceptable, and I need it canceled immediately. This situation is financially burdensome, and I am seeking assistance to rectify this issue promptly.

I purchased a snowblower online for $99 on February 6, [redacted], through PayPal using my Visa. The charge appeared as 'danettewing' on my statement. On February 8, I received a tracking number, expecting delivery the same day, but no specific time was provided. I was home all day but never received a delivery notification or saw a delivery truck. After inquiring with the post office, they claimed the item was left by my mailbox at 5:26 pm. PayPal closed the case stating the item was delivered, but I disagree as there was no attempt made to contact me. I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this issue as leaving a delivery without informing the homeowner is unacceptable.

Hello Chase, I am facing significant challenges managing my Chase credit card account due to my disabilities. As a deaf individual living in Batam, Indonesia, phone communication poses a considerable obstacle. I have encountered repeated issues accessing my account online, despite multiple attempts with various passwords. This has left me in the dark regarding my account activity, relying on my Hawaii bank for updates. I have faced difficulties resetting my password, which has led to confusion and frustration. The sporadic access I have had to my account has been brief and unproductive. I am currently awaiting a new card and hope that this will resolve the ongoing issues. I have been a member of Chase for over 20 years and would appreciate your assistance in sorting out these account access challenges. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Ron Miller

I recently made a payment in full on my credit card, but it was returned due to an incorrect bank account entry. I expect to receive a letter from my bank to resolve this issue. Today, I made a payment over the phone using my checking account. I would like to confirm if this is now resolved. Additionally, I would like to close my credit card with Chase. I acknowledge that there may have been an error with the account information provided initially. However, I am extremely frustrated with the challenges in reaching someone for assistance. My experience with Chase has left me disappointed and unhappy. Thank you.

I have been without my card for a month now. Today, I verified my new card, and there are multiple unauthorized charges on it. I have tried to get assistance over the phone without success. Everything was fine until the end of the last statement with a payment due date of 03/02/21. There have been no transactions since then, but I just noticed someone testing my card with various $9.99 and $0.09 charges. Please help! You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, J. Gueno.

I am writing to address an issue with a recent transaction on my card. The charge from Wish Inc. on 03/03/[redacted] is legitimate, but a problem arose when the package was delivered to Theodore, Alabama instead of Mobile, Alabama. Despite contacting Wish Inc. customer service and being asked to wait until 03/15/[redacted], I have not received the item or any explanation for the delay. Due to difficulties in reaching customer service and my hearing disability, I am now considering legal action if the charge is not resolved promptly. My simple request is to have the charge removed since I have not received the item. I kindly ask for confirmation via email once this matter is addressed. Thank you.

Hello Chase Credit Card Division, I am Ronald Miller, a Chase cardholder under [redacted], dealing with a blocked card for two months due to potential fraud. I reported unauthorized use of my card and encountered difficulties due to my hearing impairment when discussing the matter with a phone representative. I am currently awaiting a reissued card with new numbers supposedly sent in February ([redacted] and [redacted]) that have not yet arrived, likely due to the blocking of my old account. Despite contacting Chase several times within two days unsuccessfully, I need assistance to acquire a valid card for local and U.S. purchases. I have been unable to access my account through the app as Chase claims to have no record of me for months. Living in Batam Island, Indonesia, I face communication challenges, especially with providing a new street address as I use a P.O. Box. I kindly request your help in resolving this issue promptly. R.M.

Hello, my name is Ronald Miller and I have a blocked Freedom card ending in [redacted]. Since January 10, there has been unauthorized access to my account, possibly due to hacking. I have tried contacting the numbers on the back of the card and security, but as a deaf individual, it has been challenging to communicate effectively. I am requesting a new Freedom card number to rectify the situation. I was expecting replacement cards for the ones ending in [redacted] and [redacted], but I have not received them. I plan to wait a week before trying to contact again. Ideally, having the new card sent via registered mail would be the best solution. I reside on Batam Island, Indonesia, and my address should be on file from my Bank of Hawaii account. Previously, I used an unchallenged P.O. box for correspondence. As a U.S. citizen living abroad, having a U.S. credit card is essential for transactions in dollars. I am eagerly awaiting the new card and would appreciate assistance with obtaining it.

I did not receive a card. Upon being notified of the account/card, my Amazon charges started appearing on my Chase card. I received fraud calls from the card system, and charges were denied multiple times, leading to concerns. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, not even at Chase Bank. Subsequently, I received the first month's charges from Chase without knowing all my Amazon charges would be directed there. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't get through to resolve the issue. After invoice #2, unsure of all charges, I angrily requested the card be canceled, unable to pay the charges I was sure of. Despite efforts to pay, I'm receiving calls about being late with payment. I want to settle all outstanding charges, specifically for Prime videos I shouldn't be billed for as a Prime member to ensure the Chase Card is cancelled. I will pay what I owe and cease using Prime in the future. I'm frustrated with the situation.

I paid $35 on 04/06/[redacted] and was charged a late payment fee even though it was not late. I'm confused about the additional charges on my account. I calculated my payment based on the previous month's amount. I would like an explanation, a refund of the $40 late fee, and any other adjustments necessary as I believed I was making the full payment.

I recently received a call from a company I had used in the past, E-Hub Store, claiming that my computer had been compromised by hackers. They convinced me to purchase their Hi-End Firewall and Identity Protection service. After providing my credit card details, a technician spent a few hours working on my computer remotely. However, after the technician finished, I was unable to reach them despite trying to call the provided numbers: 1-[redacted], 1-[redacted] (extn. [redacted]), and 1-[redacted]. Feeling suspicious, I now suspect this may have been a scam. I am requesting to cancel two transactions on my Chase Visa cards, $3,[redacted].67 to WLS Europe and $[redacted].75 to Wyre. Additionally, I was promised a refund of $1,[redacted].99 and concerned about the technician's claim of Internet denial if I cancel the service.

Since my retirement in [redacted] as a school teacher from New York, I have been a beneficiary of medical benefits from AETNA insurance company. Depending on the item, retirees like myself may receive either partial or full coverage. Dealing with sleep apnea, I have been using a CPAP machine for years. Some items like filters and face coverings can be ordered for free after a specified period. However, the clarity regarding the replacement of the machine itself is lacking. When I inquired about the possibility of a free new machine after a certain number of years, the company I contacted misunderstood and charged me for a new machine, leading to monthly billing to my CHASE FREEDOM credit card. This was not my intention, as I only wanted a new machine if it was covered by our health provider. I am disappointed that my account was charged without clarification on the free replacement policy.

My wife received a call claiming to be from Chase Freedom card about overseas usage. The individual asked for excessive information, including her BofA credit card number. Is this a typical call from your company? Currently, she is unable to disconnect as the person, who claims to be from the fraud unit, is persisting and asking for more information. The agent identified himself as Bruce Anderson with the code [redacted]. The case number provided is [redacted]R, and he contacted us on 1-[redacted]. Can you confirm if he is a legitimate representative of your company?
