My company opened an account for me back in February, but I have been struggling to get it set up. Despite multiple phone calls, I have not received any callbacks. Yesterday, I was promised a call back after being informed that the person I needed was at lunch. Unfortunately, no one reached out. Today, I spoke to someone again to request a refund as I am fed up with the lack of response. It has been frustrating trying to navigate this process. I understand the requirement for a tax form and have attempted to complete it on the website without success. I kindly ask for a form that I can easily fill out to expedite my refund. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company after the hassle I have faced.

I contacted your representative, June, on the 17th to request a replacement Schwab debit card. June assured me the card would be delivered to my hotel in China by my arrival today, as I realized I had left my wallet in my car at the airport on the 17th. June's assistance eased my concerns about traveling without access to local currency. Unfortunately, upon reaching the hotel, the card was not there. I recently spoke with your representative, Marco, over an international call, who informed me that international deliveries typically take 7-10 business days. Despite realizing that I will already have left the hotel in China by the time my debit card arrives, Marco seemed disinterested in resolving the issue promptly. I am confused as to why I was overlooked and how I can obtain a replacement card in a more timely manner.

I regret to inform you that Michael Gross from Schwab, your usual contact, is out sick today. I am in the process of setting up accounts for my son in preparation for college. He currently holds a Schwab IRA but will require a checking account and a debit card. I may have erred in opting for an IRA instead of a brokerage account since he will need access to those funds for his education. Additionally, I am interested in linking his checking account to my Schwab brokerage to facilitate fund transfers, and I seek both check and debit card functionalities for his checking account. It would be beneficial to receive general financial advice, especially concerning the disadvantages linked to credit cards, as I have observed some individuals facing bankruptcy due to credit misuse. Any other financial advice geared towards college students, such as budgeting tips, would also be greatly appreciated. Is there a representative available after 1 PM Mountain Standard Time today who can assist both my son and me with these inquiries?

I recently had a position sold due to a Margin Call on my Schwab account. However, I did not receive any voicemails regarding this issue, even though they claim to have called me on the 16th and 18th before taking action on the 22nd. My mobile app does not reflect a margin call on the balance screen either. I have been a loyal Schwab customer for over 20 years, but this lack of communication is concerning. Schwab's tech team should investigate this further to ensure their notifications are working correctly. At this point, I am considering moving my accounts to other institutions like TDAmeritrade or JP Morgan if Schwab does not address this issue promptly. It's disappointing that after two decades of business with them, they are unable to assist me in resolving this matter.

I recently experienced an issue where I had a position sold to cover a margin call without receiving proper notification. Despite being told there were attempts to contact me, I did not receive any voicemails and my last email from the company was dated the 15th. The action was taken on the 22nd, leaving me unaware of the situation. Additionally, my mobile app did not display any margin call alerts on the balance screens. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, consistently generating revenue for Schwab through margin interest and transaction fees. I find it unacceptable that I was expected to be informed solely by a phone call and plan to transfer my accounts to TDAmeritrade or JPMorgan if this level of service and support cannot be improved at Schwab.

I am having trouble accessing my account to make a trade. Last time I entered my Social Security number and password, a verification was requested. I received an Access number by email, but every time I entered it, it was deemed invalid. I attempted this process three more times, receiving invalid access codes each time. After further unsuccessful tries, I am now unable to make additional attempts. I am currently on a cruise ship bound for Panama where making a phone call is costly at $6 per minute, so I can only communicate via email. I need assistance as I simply wish to conduct a trade in the pre-market. My name is Stephen Quan, and my Social Security number is [redacted]41.

Before opening an account with Charles Schwab, I have some questions regarding purchasing 5,[redacted] shares of Hon Hai Precision Industries Co. Ltd. trading as Foxconn (TWSE: [redacted] TT) on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. I aim to buy at around $3.00 per share, totaling approximately $15,[redacted]. I plan to bid 5,[redacted] shares at a specific limit price between the current Bid and Ask price. Please provide the current bid and ask price in NT$ and US$, disclose the trade commission, confirm any foreign transaction fees and additional charges beyond the commission. Kindly clarify if there are fees to convert NT$ to US$ and if I can maintain the funds in NT$ in my brokerage statement until I decide to sell without incurring extra charges. Thank you for your assistance.

I wanted to share my positive experience transitioning to Schwab from Merrill Lynch. After my Merrill Lynch advisor left, I explored different companies and found Schwab to be fantastic. The ability to manage everything online or with a consultant over the phone has been a significant cost-saving, benefiting both Schwab and me. The news of an office opening near me is great, but I value the flexibility to continue working with Mr. Clifton, who has provided exceptional service and advice for many years. I appreciate the option to visit the new office but will stick with what works best for me. The current setup is excellent; please consider maintaining it.

I have sent a notarized letter as requested by an associate to withdraw my funds and close my account with account number 2[redacted]. The letter was sent via priority mail and should be arriving shortly. The process leading up to this has been quite challenging. I made multiple phone calls to customer service, only to be directed to a local branch that was not accepting clients due to the pandemic. After being informed that I needed a notarized letter, I had to resort to using the services of a UPS store and sending it via priority mail due to branch closures. Given the difficult circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and my current financial situation after being laid off, I kindly request that all fees associated with the withdrawal of funds from my Roth IRA be waived. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, W. Crim

Yesterday, I mistakenly contributed more than the maximum allowed amount to my retirement accounts. I am aware that the total contribution limit for both Roth and Traditional IRAs is $6,[redacted], and I exceeded that limit. I have been advised to move the excess funds from my Traditional IRA to my i401k. I would like to request assistance with canceling the transaction I made yesterday to rectify this error. Since online transfers are not permitted for this type of transaction, I plan to submit a check through my bank's bill pay to move the excess amount to my i401k.

Hello, I am Herman A. Garrett, residing in a veteran's home in Pell City, Alabama. I enjoy using my computer to search for unclaimed money. I operate on an honor system with no formal contract, charging a modest 10% fee for my services. Last year, in [redacted], I successfully located individuals who were entitled to refunds of $1,[redacted] or more. I reached out to them via mail, although some letters were returned due to address changes. I want to reassure potential clients that they do not need to pay others to help them claim their money. I have decided to cease my previous operations and now collaborate with various entities such as companies, churches, organizations, banks, and hospitals. If you are interested in potentially claiming unclaimed funds, please provide me with a point of contact and an address where I can send my findings for further assistance. Let's work together to uncover any unclaimed money that may be rightfully yours.

Account Number: 5[redacted] Louise B. & David J. I am currently unable to access my account while traveling outside of the USA. Despite unblocking it a week ago with the help of a representative, the account is blocked again. We are not able to receive text messages on our US numbers, and Schwab cannot contact us internationally. It's impractical for us to call frequently due to high call rates. Please provide a solution promptly as we need to trade. You can contact us via our international mobile phones. My number is [redacted]63 for Louise and [redacted] 34 [redacted]60 for David. I worked at Cisco Systems for nearly 22 years and formerly managed my financial matters through a Charles Schwab account. Having left Cisco 2 years ago, I recently discovered that my unused Charles Schwab account balance was transferred to the California State Controller Unclaimed Property Division. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Charles Schwab account because it is linked to my old Cisco work email. The California State Controller's office has verified a balance of approximately $24,[redacted] and requires a confirmation from Charles Schwab, including my last account statement with my address in Germany for security purposes. Despite my efforts to provide a notarized confirmation of my German address, it has not been accepted. The property details reported by Betty T. Yee from California State Controller Unclaimed Property Division are as follows: Owner Name: BRUCKNER PETER, Reported Owner Address: SPILHOFSTRASSE 70 [redacted] MUENCHEN CA [redacted], Type of Property: Credit Balance, Reported by: [redacted] – Charles Schwab & Co. INC, Property ID Number: [redacted], Cash Reported: $24,[redacted].29.

My Charles Schwab investment account (1[redacted]) was recently compromised, resulting in fraudulent transactions. A case number CA[redacted] was initiated on 04/24/[redacted] to address and rectify the unauthorized activities. Despite some corrective actions taken, discrepancies persist in my account with interest accumulating on the fraudulent transactions. The modifications made since 4-24-[redacted] are unclear, and conflicting information from Schwab's customer service calls adds to the confusion. I am uncertain about the ongoing investigation status, as no updates have been provided. I urgently require a resolution to this issue and regular updates regarding the progress of the investigation.

After completing a transfer, I noticed some discrepancies in the posted statements. The date and address had typographical errors as if they had been altered. The account linked to my profile, which was verified, inexplicably changed to "Ttfr Schertz Bank and Trust Frf Not available" or something similar. I suspect that I may be a victim of CyberFraud, specifically financial fraud. Accessing my funds has become challenging, and I cannot recall the last time I could use my account without difficulties or delays.
