I am having repeated issues with parcels being delivered to the wrong address. Parcels addressed to 2 McKenzie Street Wonthaggi [redacted] have been mistakenly delivered to 6 McKenzie Street Wonthaggi. Despite notifying Cengage via email on the 4th of November [redacted] after the first incident, another parcel intended for 2 McKenzie Street Wonthaggi was wrongly delivered to the incorrect address of 6 McKenzie Street Wonthaggi. This is causing confusion and inconvenience.
Please ensure the courier service is informed that Bass Coast Specialist School is located next door to 2 McKenzie Street and that deliveries for the Senior Campus of Bass Coast College should not be made to our address.
