I am a Filipino citizen and a Hong Kong permanent resident. I am reaching out because I am traveling to Hong Kong on November 11 via Cebu Pacific Flight 5J [redacted] with booking number HEVW2J. According to the Hong Kong government, fully recovered residents with one dose of the Covid vaccine are considered fully vaccinated.
I am having difficulty obtaining the ICV (International Certificate of Vaccination) as I only had one dose of the vaccine, and all communications are online. I have spoken to the health department in Hong Kong, and they confirmed that I do not need the yellow card to enter, only my Medical Certificate showing recovery from Covid19, proof of one vaccine dose, and my 21-day hotel booking, which I have.
While I am considered fully vaccinated by the Hong Kong government, my concern is that Cebu Pacific may require the ICV, which I cannot obtain with only one dose. I want to know what is needed from me to board the plane.
Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking clarification regarding your travel requirements.
My boyfriend recently arrived in Manila from the US on October 17th and initiated his quarantine on the same day. We originally planned his swab test within the first week, but your guidelines state that the test result should be obtained within 1-3 days. Consequently, we scheduled the test on the 28th and received a positive result 2 days later.
Given that he has already completed a 10-day quarantine by the time he received the positive result, we are inquiring if he needs to undergo another 10-14 days of quarantine or if he can present a notarized fitness certificate for travel purposes.
We would appreciate prompt guidance on this matter as we are hoping to avoid an extended one-month quarantine in Manila. Thank you for your assistance.

I am extremely disappointed with Cebu Pacific's lack of consideration. I made a booking on November 12, [redacted], for my flight scheduled on November 15, [redacted]. I urgently need to be on that flight as my grandfather's burial is on November 16, [redacted]. I had all the necessary documents ready, including the required swab test. However, Cebu Pacific abruptly canceled our booking citing a lack of available slots. This is truly distressing, especially during a pandemic. I am extremely disappointed with the check-in services at the Front of Operations in Mactan Cebu Branch. We faced challenges with our covid test requirement. The lady assisting us took our documents and went back to her manager multiple times, causing a 2-hour delay. Despite providing our test results and getting verification from our doctor promptly, we were left waiting for more than 30 minutes, causing us to miss our flight. The staff then informed us we couldn't fly due to the same reason. They requested us to rebook and undergo testing again at our own expense. When we sought help for accommodation and testing centers, they were uncooperative, claiming they were too busy to assist. Their lack of support and professionalism on November 30, [redacted], at Mactan Cebu Branch was very disappointing. I hope Cebu Pacific addresses these issues promptly to maintain their reputation for good service.
