When I log into the website to manage my bookings with my email and password, one of the flights I booked is missing while the other one shows up. Our flight with Cebu Pacific on May 1 from Cagayan de Oro to Manila was canceled, causing us to miss our international flight to the Netherlands. We incurred significant expenses by rebooking our connecting flight, even though the situation was beyond our control. Unfortunately, Cebu Pacific was not very cooperative in addressing our concerns. I accidentally made two bookings for the same date. Initially, I didn't receive a confirmation for the first booking, so I made a second one which was successful, and I received a booking reference right away. Now I've ended up with two booking references: PI4W6G and NDBHVI, both for August 7, [redacted]. Which booking should I follow, and is it possible to get a refund for one of the bookings?

I recently checked the cost to reschedule my flight, but the website redirected me to the payment page before I confirmed the new date. I now have an outstanding balance for a rebooking that I did not finalize. I believe there was a glitch on the site during my check. I am currently experiencing delays with my luggage after my flight on June 16 from Cebu to Manila with flight 5J [redacted]. The issue is that there is a lighter inside my bag which caused it to be held in Cebu. My partner, Jerrelyn Yanoga, was offloaded at Manila airport 3 hours before her flight on June 10th, Flight number 5J279. I believe I should not be responsible for the cost of the flight as it was not my fault she was offloaded. I had issues with my driver's ticket for a flight from Riyadh to Manila with a layover in Dubai. The airport staff didn't allow boarding due to the flight involving a change of airlines and the driver's visa being a final exit one. I also have another ticket with a similar issue regarding airline changes and layovers. I'd like to cancel it to avoid losing its value. My flight with Cebu Pacific was canceled recently for the dates between 25/08/[redacted] to 27/08/[redacted], which I had booked and paid for several months ago. This is unacceptable unless they are willing to cover the cost of my extended stay in Zamboanga for two more nights and refund the expenses for my accommodations in Cebu, along with the activities I had planned in Bohol. Cebu Pacific has a reputation for overbooking flights, taking payments, and then inconveniencing passengers by rerouting them onto different flights. I am not willing to accept this situation.
