I purchased a "Posture Doctor" posture corrector on 11/9/19. Initially, I found it very uncomfortable when I first tried it. Due to the holiday season and personal stress, I put it aside to give it another try when I had more time. I attempted to use it again yesterday, but it's still uncomfortable and seems to bend my head and neck forward instead of straightening my back and body. I am interested in returning it, but I am unsure about your return policy.

I have received my order after a month of waiting. Throughout this time, I attempted multiple times to contact Customer Service via phone, email, and chat. I waited on hold for up to 47 minutes, 29 minutes, 21 minutes, etc., but I never got a response. I strongly believed Carol Wright was a scam and thought I would never see my money again, until the package mysteriously showed up. I never received any confirmation or tracking number. The product I received is poorly made, but due to the awful service, I will keep it instead of returning or exchanging it. I have no intention of dealing with them in the future. Their nonexistent customer service and low-quality products are a major concern. Beware before making a purchase!

I am disappointed with the customer service I have received. It shouldn't have taken multiple phone calls to resolve an issue. The last representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I was supposed to receive a refund on August 19, but my bank has no record of it. I keep receiving the same unhelpful information when I call. The automated system is frustrating, and even speaking to a supervisor didn't resolve anything. I am now being asked to provide proof from my bank, which seems unfair. I am reluctant to call again for more information as the staff are unhelpful. I wish to contact the corporate office as this level of service is unacceptable.

I placed an order in October, but it was canceled due to errors on the order form. I was promised a refund of $47.03, but as of December 9th, I have not received it. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I have been given conflicting information about when the refund was sent. Today, I spoke with a particularly rude customer service representative who claimed I had received the refund when I have not. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor. It seems I am now out $47.03. I request to be removed from your mailing list and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I find this treatment of customers very unethical.

I made a purchase with Carol Wright Gifts on 3/3/23 through their catalog order form for four items. Unfortunately, I was informed that three items were out of stock and only one was shipped. I contacted customer service on 3/31/23 and spoke to Roxanne requesting a refund, which she confirmed would be processed, and a refund check of $33.93 would be sent within 7-10 working days. It has now been 20 days, and I have yet to receive it. I have tried contacting all the customer service numbers provided by the catalog, including the corporate office, but each time it was a "busy" signal. As an 88-year-old widow, it is crucial for me to receive the refund promptly.

On March 14th, [redacted], I placed an order for indoor outdoor tomatoes. I realized I never received a confirmation email when I needed the confirmation number. I attempted to contact customer service three times. The first time, I waited on hold for 30 minutes, then nearly 20 minutes the second time. On the third try, I hung up after not reaching anyone for 5-10 minutes. I paid $14.95 from my account, but I have not received my order nor a refund. I am disappointed with my experience with Carol Wright.
