I went on a cruise on the Freedom on 5/13/23 with my family, who are platinum members with over 27 Carnival cruises under our belt. We hadn't sailed in about 3 years due to Covid and were shocked to see the decline in "FUN" and service with Carnival. Customer service has decreased while prices have risen. As Gold members or higher, you're entitled to one free drink, but now there are no more vouchers – you just have to request it and you're only given an $11 credit. On top of that, the formerly complimentary drinks now have an additional charge. I noticed two unknown charges on my Carnival card and after contacting MasterCard and Carnival, I was directed to send an inquiry to [redacted] Cabin service has also been reduced to once a day, though the fees remain the same. One evening, a 16-year-old girl collapsed in the dining room, and my 19-year-old daughter, a first responder, provided life-saving assistance until security finally arrived. It was later discovered that the girl had purchased drugs on board at the H2O club for teens, which were laced. This experience has led us to consider exploring other cruise lines despite having already booked two more cruises. - T.F.

Upon returning to San Francisco from my 10-day Alaska cruise on the Miracle, I encountered multiple issues with the Airport Transportation service I had purchased two tickets for. The confusion over the buses led to a stressful situation, ultimately resulting in us having to take a taxi to make our flight. We would like a refund for the two unused tickets. Seeking customer support has been frustrating and unproductive as none of the numbers or the Carnival website were helpful for post-cruise inquiries.

During my cruise from Los Angeles, CA on 11/26-12/3/[redacted], I required medical attention at the ship's medical center multiple times for a skin infection near my gastrostomy tube. Despite being prescribed antibiotics, my condition worsened, necessitating IV antibiotics for the remainder of the trip. I was advised to seek a CT scan at a local hospital at the end of the cruise. However, I did not receive complete medical records or itemized bills as promised, hindering my ability to claim expenses from both trip insurance and personal health insurance. I attempted to contact Carnival Cruise Line without success, and missing the insurance claim deadline due to the lack of documentation. I am frustrated by the lack of response and assistance. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I was on the Pride cruise on July 9 for 12 days from Dover. After returning, I discovered my iPad was missing. Upon checking my iPhone, it showed the iPad was at Terminal 2 in Hamburg Airport. Trying to retrieve it on July 20 was chaotic, with many people and limited staff. Communication was challenging as only German was spoken. I need assistance in recovering my blue folding iPad with a dog design on the front, left behind at the airport.

I am reaching out regarding my cruise that was cancelled because gummies were discovered in the luggage I shared with my partner. I would like to extend my apologies to you and your team for any inconvenience caused. This was supposed to be my second cruise, and we had 16 others joining us to celebrate my and my stepson's birthdays. My booking number was N1S8P0 for the dates 7/29-8/3/[redacted]. This vacation was much needed after a month-long hospital stay with my mom.
I am curious to know if I am now banned from sailing with Carnival indefinitely. The confiscated products were unopened, and we did not receive a refund as we were unaware of the required protection insurance through our travel agency. We are truly disappointed with the situation and hope to be able to travel again on your fantastic ships without any further incidents.

Hello, I recently enjoyed a fantastic cruise aboard the Horizon from Miami on August 5th to 13th. During my trip, I had a lucky win of approximately $[redacted] on the wheel slot machine in the casino. I was informed that I would receive a check by mail for my winnings, but I have not yet received it. I am wondering if it's on the way or if I need to take further action. I own stock in Carnival. During my recent cruise on the Breeze with a group of around [redacted] people, we had three guitarists who entertained us outside without any issues. However, one rainy day, we decided to gather in the lido market place to continue our music session after dinner. We were seated at tables and not blocking any walkways, but after about 10 minutes, security approached us claiming we were causing a disturbance and had to stop. They mentioned walkway obstruction and the inability to hear announcements, both of which were inaccurate. No alternative was offered, leaving us frustrated. We had the limelight lounge booked for Wednesday, but this experience has led us to consider traveling with a different cruise line in the future. Our cruise was scheduled from 11/11 through 11/16.

My family is planning a cruise in December [redacted]. I want to bring my boyfriend, and my brother wants to bring a friend. By then, my brother and I will be 18, but his friend and my boyfriend will be 17. We plan to share a room since our parents will have their own. I'm unsure how the rules work with two adults and two minors sharing a room. Also, my brother and I enjoy the activities on cruises, but many seem to be age-restricted. I hope we won't be limited in participating once on board because of our ages.
