I made a purchase of a canvas print called "Bicycle" on Amazon in early November. Upon receiving it, I realized I incorrectly estimated its size. I initiated a return request through Amazon and was directed to contact you for further assistance. Despite reaching out both through Amazon and directly to your email, I have not received any updates since November 20. I urgently need to exchange the 24x36 print for a smaller 24x16 one before my event on December 5. Please provide guidance on how to proceed with resolving this matter promptly.
