I am in Washington, USA, and I sent my mom a few gifts in one box: a brand new vest for $30, my old vest for roughly $10, and two fancy sponge-type dishcloths for $2 each, totaling $44. I paid $29 for shipping to Nanaimo, BC, Canada. The postal service in Canada says the package is valued over $[redacted], which is not true. I am upset and confused about the situation. My mom, Trudy L., who has stage 4 emphysema, did not receive the gift because of this issue. I need assistance to resolve this matter as soon as possible as this might have been her last Christmas. She has been trying to sort this out with the mailman and the post office, but no progress has been made. I am concerned and would appreciate any help in ensuring she gets the gift I sent her.

I am reaching out to report an issue with my package. It was shipped from St. John's, Newfoundland on December 4th to Stittsville, ON, with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. After checking the tracking details, it seems the package only made it as far as Montreal on December 15 before returning to St. John's on December 23.
The package contains Christmas presents for my first grandson's first Christmas, so its timely delivery is crucial. Despite visiting the post office and head office in St. John's, I was unable to get any useful information or assistance. The current projected delivery date is January 7th, [redacted], which is unacceptable given the special nature of the contents and the upcoming visit from my grandson.
I am requesting two resolutions: firstly, to have the package returned to me due to the circumstances, and secondly, to receive a refund for the service failure I have experienced.
Thank you, Customer Lili Wang

I am extremely frustrated with how my sender and Canada Post are handling my issue. The tracking states that my item has been delivered, but I have not received it. I live in a condo and suspect that it may have been mistakenly placed in another mailbox. Despite my efforts, the item has not been located. I feel stuck in the middle, unsure of what steps to take next. I have already paid for the item but have not received it.

Canada Post continues to leave packages on our doorstep where they are visible to everyone passing by. Today, a large vacuum cleaner was left without a proper delivery notification. Despite being assured that no more unsafe drops would occur, it keeps happening. This practice is not only unsafe but also illegal. I urge Canada Post to stop making these deliveries at our house. - Ed. Erickson

After moving to another city, my mail forwarding from Fort Erie has not been working. Despite contacting the senders individually, I still have not been receiving my mail. Now, 5 months later and after purchasing a new home, I have set up another mail forwarding service but I am still missing my mail. A disagreement with a postal worker in my previous town may have led to this issue, and I am considering involving the police. Tampering with mail is a federal offense, and not receiving important mail is a serious problem that needs to be resolved promptly. I am adamant about receiving all of my mail without any further delays.

Yesterday on December 30th, I was at home waiting for a package to be delivered. I saw the mail carrier walk up to my door from my kitchen window. He then quickly placed a delivery notice on my door without attempting to knock. I confronted him about this, and he claimed he did knock. Upset, I mentioned that I was only 3 feet away and could see him through the window. His response was unsatisfactory, making me believe he was lazy and wanted to finish his work quickly. I plan to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and possibly the news. Such behavior needs to be addressed and stopped.

Subject: Concerns About Christmas Parcel Delivery
Dear Canada Post,
I am writing to address the concerning journey my Christmas parcel took after being mailed from Windsor, ON to Riverview, N.B. on Dec. 6th, [redacted]. Tracking number #[redacted][redacted] and ticket number #[redacted]82 showcase an unexpected route: Windsor, ON to Stoney Creek, ON, then to Richmond, B.C., followed by Montreal, Q.C., and finally reaching Moncton, N.B., its destination, Riverview N.B., on Dec. 30th.
I appreciate the polite and helpful service representatives I interacted with, but the extended delay in delivery is disappointing. While I have previously had satisfactory experiences with Canada Post, the missed Christmas delivery deadline (originally projected for Dec. 13th) warrants attention. I kindly request a refund of the $23.22 delivery charge as a gesture of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.
I hope to hear back from a Canada Post representative soon to discuss this matter further.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Jackie M.

I found a delivery notice in the snow on my front lawn with no address on it, only the number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I visited the post office and was told a package should be sent to Canadian Tire Confederation Branch in Saskatoon. However, they didn't have the package. The lady tried to track it with no success. She provided me with a tracking number: RV[redacted]31CN. Can someone assist me? I would really appreciate it!

I need to address some issues with the delivery service. This is the third time I've had to deal with this problem. I've been at home waiting for my package, only to receive an email claiming they couldn't reach me, which is inaccurate because I was home. I called yesterday and provided my buzzer number, but despite assurances of a redelivery call, I received nothing. Today, when I followed up, I was informed they couldn't help and I had to pick up the parcel at the post office. As a person with a disability, delivery convenience is vital, which is why I am frustrated. I emphasized the urgency of receiving the item for the weekend as it is crucial for my project, but now I face further delays and financial losses. My name is Claude Noel, and I reside at [redacted] Keefer St, Apt [redacted].

On Saturday, January 4th, I opened a ticket (#[redacted]24) about a delivery issue. Adam was very helpful when I spoke with him about my large item that was left in the community mailbox without a key. It was unusual as I have always received deliveries at my home. The key was only provided the next day, and I retrieved my item then.
My concern is why Canada Post opened my package, removed the item, and placed it in the mailbox. I question their right to open my mail. If the item didn't fit, I would have preferred a delivery card to pick it up in its original packaging.

Hello! I have a recipient who has been waiting almost 3 months for her parcel, which was a Birthday gift. The tracking number is RA[redacted]17RU. It arrived in Canada (CAYTOA) on December 17, but there has been no more information since then. When will Canada Post finally deliver this parcel to my recipient? I have already filed a claim and received an official response from Russian Post stating that the parcel is in the destination country and the delivery process time is individual for each country. Is there any way to expedite the delivery of the parcel to my recipient? I understand it's the holiday period and parcel processing is slow, especially for economy shipping, but the extended wait time is concerning. This experience with Canadian Post has been very disappointing. Thank you for any assistance. - Nadine.

I shipped 3 parcels from Calgary, AB to Campbellton, NB on Dec 1st. One parcel arrived promptly, but the other 2 ended up in various locations in Ontario instead of heading east. Despite two unproductive calls, I finally spoke with Courtney from Saint John, NB on Dec 16th. Courtney was proactive and attentive, explaining the parcel's unusual journey through Ontario and initiating steps to resolve the issue. Thanks to her efforts, the parcels were delivered on Dec 20th, just in time for Christmas. Additionally, Courtney arranged for a refund, which I received yesterday by mail. I am grateful for Courtney's excellent customer service and dedication to resolving the problem. Thank you, Sharon B. from Calgary, AB.

Hello, I'm Hyeji Yeon. I recently used Canada Post to ship my order from an online shop, which was CBD oil. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and forgot to include my unit number in the address and instead added the post office address in a note. The Canada Post website indicates that my package has been delivered, but neither the post office nor I have received it. I looked in the building box but it wasn't there. I am concerned that my package might be missing. Can you help me track down my package? The tracking number is PG[redacted]21CA. Thank you.

I received a notification from Amazon regarding a missed delivery by Canada Post today. They advised me to follow up with the post office due to the unsuccessful delivery attempt. I wasn't aware of the delivery schedule, so I missed the mail carrier. Can I arrange to collect the package on Friday, January 10, [redacted]?
Hi Lynda, Apologies for missing you. Canada Post attempted delivery of your package today but opted not to leave it unattended. Kindly watch for a delivery notice or reach out to Canada Post for further instructions.

I believe that there may be some issues with packages not being delivered properly by Canada Post. Some individuals claim that employees are aware of the contents of packages and might be taking advantage of the situation. As a community, we should address this concern and find a way to ensure that our packages are handled and delivered safely. It is important to hold accountable those who are not acting ethically in their roles. Together, we can work towards a resolution and prevent any further misconduct.

The local postal delivery person who usually delivers mail to our community boxes after 7:00pm came to my house in the evening. He accused me of tampering with federal mail, which is a false accusation. I told him I would report his behavior, but he laughed it off. I want to address this issue before escalating it to the Federal Member of Parliament, Canada Post Ombudsman, and the media.

I accidentally ordered two pairs of boots from Manitobah Mukluks since my first order couldn't be found. They informed me they shipped both pairs, but I only received one. I suspect the first order was taken. I believe they should have contacted me regarding the duplicate orders. I initiated a dispute with my bank but am unsure of the outcome. I seek advice on how to obtain a refund for the missing original order. Manitobah Mukluks couldn't assist me and suggested placing a new order. I simply wish to receive a refund for one pair of boots.

Hello,
During our absence over the Christmas holiday from the 20th to Jan 2, we neglected to empty our mailbox. Upon our return, we found it so full that there was hardly any room left for additional mail. We were expecting an important document containing personal financial information sent on December 19th, which was not among the mail we retrieved on January 2nd. We are concerned that the postman might not have been able to deliver more mail to our condo due to the full box. If this was the case, would any undeliverable mail be returned to the post office or the sender? It's crucial that we locate this missing material, so any insight on its whereabouts in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I sent a letter to the Revenue Canada Tax Centre in Winnipeg on September 19, [redacted], but it seems to have been lost or taken. The letter, sent for my older sister, included a request to amend her income taxes with an attached donation receipt. Since the letter had her social insurance number, we worry it could be misused. Luckily, we had copies of the letter and receipt, so we could resend the request.
