I took advantage of a discounted rate for the Calm app through a podcast promotion with Rumble - Michael Moore. However, I encountered issues where the app did not work as expected. Despite this, my subscription has automatically renewed at the full yearly price. Interestingly, the app indicates that I do not currently have a subscription, even though I had previously canceled one in [redacted]. The recent charge for the subscription has appeared on my credit card statement. I am unable to locate the subscription details on my iPhone, which leads me to believe it might have been a third-party purchase last year. I am unsure how to proceed in getting this matter resolved.

On May 25th, I noticed a charge of $69.99 on my Citi Mastercard ending in [redacted]. I am having difficulties accessing the calm meditations on both my phone and laptop. When I open the Calm app on my iPhone or laptop, I can view the Daily Calm meditations, but when I try to select one, I am prompted to unlock a 7 Day Free Trial for $69.99 per year. Unfortunately, I am unable to open any meditations on either of my devices.

Lately, I've noticed a shift in the content on the app that has left me feeling disappointed. Previously, I used to enjoy the Humphrey, Lionwood, and Thomas stories, but they seem to have disappeared. Instead, there have been features on Nigeria, a gay person's high school experiences, and the wonders of Viet Nam. While these topics may interest others, they do not help me relax. I have been a loyal listener for almost two years, but I am considering stopping if the content does not improve. I miss the soothing sleep-promoting stories that initially drew me to the app.

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to reach out about my Calm app on my iPhone. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now and have used it nightly. Unfortunately, last week, the app suddenly stopped working, and I truly miss its calming effects.
I have an upcoming automatic renewal scheduled for 8/31/23, and I believe my credit card details may have changed. However, I'm unable to locate the option to update my payment method within the app. Additionally, I accidentally deleted the app from my phone.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

I have two email addresses, one for personal use and another for family. I've been a loyal subscriber for a few years now. Recently, I received an email from Calm offering a 50% discount, which was fantastic and I took advantage of it. However, I believe I unintentionally ended up with two Calm accounts. I only actively use one. The original account is linked to [redacted], while the new account is tied to [redacted] I would greatly appreciate it if the 50% discount offer could be applied to my main account for the upcoming year. If that's not possible, could you please close the new account and arrange for a refund? Thank you for your assistance!

Last night, I was browsing the Calm app and saw an ad about upgrading to a premium subscriber. I accidentally clicked on it and got charged for another premium subscription, even though I was already a premium member since [redacted]. How can I get a refund for this second purchase? - C.F.
