I canceled my subscription to Calm months ago and was surprised to discover I was automatically signed up for another year without being informed beforehand. Despite being told my subscription was canceled, I was charged for an additional year. When attempting to cancel, I received conflicting information about the end date of my subscription. I want my subscription canceled and a refund issued promptly. I have tried to contact customer service through email and the app with no response. Please acknowledge that you have received my messages. I am prepared to dispute the charge due to this misleading behavior. This experience has eroded my trust in Calm, as the company's handling of automatic renewals seems deceptive and untrustworthy.

I have also emailed "support@calm," but I wanted to reach out here too. I have been a paying subscriber via the app I downloaded on my phone a few years ago. My wife and I both purchased lifetime subscriptions on Monday, November 30th. I followed the instructions on your website and canceled my current CALM app subscription through iTunes. However, when I tried to access the app on Tuesday, everything was locked, asking me to subscribe for $69.99 per year. In contrast, my wife still has full access on her phone with nothing locked. I signed up for the free app using American Express but had trouble accessing it on my computer. Each time I tried to log in with my email and password, I was prompted to buy the app instead. As a special education teacher, my students are struggling during this difficult time. I tried to connect to my one-year free American Express app to share with my online class, but eventually gave up and bought the app. I would like assistance with accessing my one-year free membership and a refund for the app I mistakenly purchased today on 12/4/[redacted]. I am encountering a complex issue with my Calm account. Initially, it was set up with auto-renewal through my bank. When I decided to switch to an offer for American Express cardholders, I followed the instructions to cancel and restart with the new offer. Despite this, Calm continues to attempt a $59 auto-renewal charge to my bank account, causing Visa to flag these recurring attempts by Calm. I downloaded the Calm app and started the 7-day trial, but I was immediately charged $[redacted]. I contacted Google Play Store, canceled the subscription, and was promised a refund. I recently purchased a yearly subscription for the Calm app through the Apple App Store and have been enjoying using it on my phone. I received an email offering a lifetime premium subscription for $[redacted].99, which I purchased with my American Express card. After buying it, I was instructed to contact the Apple App Store to cancel my old subscription to avoid duplicate charges. I'm confused about how to access my newly purchased subscription on my phone with all my saved data. My Apple computer is not working well, and my email has been locked since November. Hello, I bought a year of Calm and then accepted an offer for another year through my American Express Platinum Card. Can I gift the original purchase or use it after the current one expires? It's not ideal for me to be paying for two subscriptions. Thank you. Furthermore, I received a discount offer to purchase another year of Calm, but when I selected to gift it, the discount didn't apply. I would prefer to gift the subscription.

On December 12, I signed up for a free trial/year subscription on Calm after reading an article on Stress. I provided my credit card information and was able to complete lesson one on meditation. However, when I tried to access my account later, Calm claimed they had no record of it. On December 13, I decided to test the process by signing up again through the Calm app and Apple store. I used my Apple password, but didn't proceed with activating the free trial to avoid having two subscriptions. I am worried that the first attempt on December 12 might have been a scam, and I fear my credit card details could be compromised. I need urgent assistance regarding this matter. I received an email from [redacted] on Friday, 1/8/21 at 6 pm inviting me to join a special community. However, when I clicked on the invitation, I encountered issues with subscribing to the mindfulness calendar and other materials. Despite attempting to use my email "[redacted]," the system repeatedly rejected it as invalid. I even tried my alternate email "[redacted]," but encountered the same problem. This experience was frustrating, as I want to easily input my email without facing rejection. Should I create a new account with Yahoo or Gmail to resolve this issue? The system should accept an Outlook account without any problems.

I purchased Calm about a year ago and love it. Recently, I signed up for the HBOX trial offer, but I canceled shortly after. However, I am now unable to open my Calm app and have been unable to find a solution despite searching for help. All I want is to resume my yearly subscription for Calm. During my trial, I intended to explore the Calm program, but unfortunately, I faced severe health issues. I contracted Covid and ended up hospitalized with sepsis, spending months in the ICU and undergoing two back operations. Subsequently, I was transferred to a rehabilitation facility where I contracted Covid again before breaking my pelvis and returning to the hospital. I never used the subscription and was unaware of the ongoing charges as it was a challenging period for me. I urgently request the removal of these charges as I was incapacitated and therefore unable to cancel. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter as I'm uncertain which card was charged and have not received a receipt for the promised refund. My subscription to the premium Calm app expired in late July [redacted]. I originally purchased a premium subscription for $69.99 through Apple apps. On Thursday, August 5, [redacted], I received an email from Calm offering to renew my subscription at a 40% discount. I proceeded with the renewal and paid with my credit card. After receiving the receipt, I noticed it mentioned auto-pay. Subsequently, I cancelled my Calm premium subscription but was informed via email that I would retain access to the premium content until Friday, August 5, [redacted]. However, I am experiencing difficulty accessing the content through the app. How can I access my premium Calm content as promised?

I'm having difficulty accessing and exporting my "reflections" comments from my app. Currently, I have to enter "Test" to view the latest reflection I wrote on my cell phone, but I can't access the rest. When I try to share them via email, using the share icon and typing in my Gmail account, nothing gets forwarded. How can I: 1) view all written reflections on my cell phone, 2) select specific ones to send to my email, and 3) successfully transfer reflections to my email account? It's frustrating not being able to access or share my reflections properly.

I received a 25% discount link from a representative when I initially bought Calm. Shortly after, I got a 40% discount offer by email directly from Calm. I reached out for guidance on what to do, but received no response. Consequently, I purchased a subscription at the 40% reduced rate and planned to cancel the original one. Even though my membership number stayed the same, I contacted Calm to terminate the initial subscription. After providing proof of my original $52 purchase, I was credited for the $41 discount subscription. However, I am now unable to access Calm. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with a representative, I have not received proper assistance. I even requested a phone call but have not heard back. The lack of response and support from customer service has been frustrating. Can someone offer help with this situation?

I have a subscription discount for Calm through my American Express account. Last year, due to the pandemic, in partnership with American Express Platinum, my Calm subscription was free. Recently, Calm informed me that American Express subscribers would now pay half of the subscription fee for the renewal, which will last for a year. Ever since I started using the app three years ago for daily meditation, Calm is now prompting me to upgrade to a new version for additional features and meditations. If I decline the offer, I cannot access the meditations I used to listen to regularly. I find it confusing receiving notifications about the new yearly arrangement with American Express, followed by an offer that lacks clear information on pricing. I do not have the Calm app on my current phone. I was charged $[redacted].79 on October 25 for a phone that is not even active since it was stolen in June. The credit card linked to the app was on that phone, and the renewal was automatic. I have been struggling to cancel it through the poorly designed support system before resorting to my bank for fraud. The stolen phone has not been in use since June [redacted], and there is no way to contact you directly about this issue. I attempted to reinstall Calm on my new phone, but my information is not recognized. Please issue a refund. It is frustrating to deal with this situation, especially because if my email, name, and phone were used as identification, the Calm app could have renewed on my new phone smoothly.

I had previously connected the Calm app to my Gmail account. Today, after reinstalling the app due to my new employer, Merck, providing a subscription, I realized I couldn't access my old email account. I have since transitioned to a new email address and am unable to log in to the Calm app. I made a mistake in this process, and now I am completely locked out. I am a 73-year-old woman seeking to use the CALM app for meditation as recommended by my doctor. With a limited time to try meditation as an alternative to medication, I wanted to explore the app's features before committing to any subscriptions. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties in navigating the app after signing in with my email. Despite not opting for the free trial or premium enrollment, I struggled to access the meditation features without being prompted to subscribe. Feeling discouraged, I attempted to delete my account, only to find it was not possible and read about the nonrefundable policy. I did not intend to make any payments, so I am confused as to why this was mentioned. I have refrained from deleting my account until I receive guidance on whether it is necessary and how I can effectively use the app without the stress of unexpected charges. I'm wondering if Calm has a search feature available. Also, I'm interested in knowing how I can set up the daily Calm to show automatically on my calendar. I've tried to find these answers on my own and also checked the help center, but I'm still confused and unable to figure it out. Following the provided instructions didn't lead me to the expected outcome. If I can't even find help with these basic questions, I'm starting to doubt if this app is the right fit for me.
