I made an error on my claim form for the weeks of 2/26-3/11/23 and 3/12-3/25/23. Despite multiple attempts to contact EDD, I have been unable to reach them due to high call volumes. I have called more than 10 times at different hours without success.
I am requesting EDD to reissue claim forms for the mentioned weeks and provide me with a new form for 3/26-4/8/23. My claim began in January, and I have not received any benefits yet.

I recently received correspondence from EDD regarding a potential issue with my unemployment eligibility. They were supposed to call on Monday between 1-3, but I never received any calls. I had to fill out physical California state disability forms with my doctor because I am a resident without a CA license or ID yet. While the disability was approved, the payments ceased on the initial end date provided by the doctor. The website mentions sending a form by mail for extending disability, but I have not received it, and it cannot be downloaded online. I keep calling to request the form be mailed to me for my doctor to update with new dates, but the automated message consistently indicates there are too many callers on hold, urging me to try again later. I've attempted at different times during the day with no success in reaching them. I'm seeking assistance to have the forms mailed to me promptly to extend my disability benefits (SDI).

I requested paid family leave due to the death of an immediate family member and concerns for my safety due to being a victim of domestic violence, per California rules. After being warned about my attendance, I explained my situation and the need for time off. However, my request was denied, and I was informed that I had quit, even though I had not. Instead, I was told I would be suspended and could reapply later, resulting in my removal from the schedule. Despite wanting to ensure a smooth transition for patient care, my plea for understanding was not considered.

I've been patiently waiting for over a month now to receive a letter containing my EDD customer registration number. I was expecting it within 2 weeks, as stated on my online account. I submitted an appeal for disability benefits two months ago and have not received a response yet. When I call the office daily, I am met with an automated response followed by a disconnected line. I live in another state and am unable to utilize the online options recommended for my claim. This process has been incredibly difficult since I began in January, adding stress to my life and my family while I manage a serious illness. The CA EDD Disability and FMLA programs require a complete overhaul with new leadership. The individual responsible for this poorly designed process should experience its challenges firsthand.

I am experiencing a hold on my EDD Bank of America account despite having weeks to certify. The prompt instructs me to contact the number on the back of my card, but when I reached out to BOA, they redirected me to contact EDD because the hold is on the card.
Additionally, I have a query regarding a Continued claim DE [redacted] I received by mail. I confirmed my school attendance with a school representative and need to send back the form by mail by 10-22-23. Should I indicate "yes" for attending school on my weekly certifications since I am already enrolled? I previously provided my school details in my initial claim application.

I am trying to log in to my EDD portal to file a new claim, but I am struggling to reset my password. The system is requesting my last payment amount, the last five digits of my Social Security number, and my date of birth. I haven't received unemployment benefits in many years, so I don't remember my last payment amount. I contacted Bank of America, but they don't have records going back far enough for me to check. I need help on how to reset my password without this specific information.
