Hello, I am reaching out regarding a post from May [redacted] related to my tenure as Store Manager for Longs Drugs at Mauka. I retired over 2 years ago, and I kindly request the removal of the mentioned posting. The individual who filed the complaint chose not to disclose their identity while making erroneous and exaggerated claims. With 48 years of dedicated service at Longs Drugs, I have been a responsible member of the community. The corporate office did not reach out to me regarding the alleged incident. I believe this post unjustly damages my reputation and I urge you to take it down promptly. Best regards, Russell M. U.

I am experiencing an issue with CVS where my "local store" is showing up as a store in a different city and state, despite never having been there. I have raised this concern with their customer service twice, but have been transferred to representatives who were unable to provide a technical explanation for how they determine a person's "local store." I am unsure if the information is obtained through cell phone location services or online input. I appreciate any assistance from Get Human in escalating my query to a knowledgeable individual who can address this matter accurately. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy while trying to get a life-saving prescription filled before my surgery. The staff was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I was trying to sort out the prescription. After going home, they informed me they were out of stock. When I inquired about another location, they dismissed me and told me to call them myself. Fortunately, the other location had the prescription and was much more polite in their assistance.

I recently shopped at CVS on West Blvd in Cleveland, OH. I had a $10 credit that needed to be used entirely during checkout. I usually try to make the most of it by exploring new items, clearance products, or taking advantage of sales like those on Pepsi or Coke. During my visit, I purchased a keto slim fast on sale and 3 liters of coke. However, as I was leaving, I was confronted by a security guard in front of several employees and customers. He accused me of hiding items and following me, which was embarrassing and unwarranted. I explained that I had placed the items I changed my mind about back in their original spots. The whole incident was humiliating, and I felt unjustly treated. I was made to feel like a criminal in a store where I shop regularly. This experience has left me feeling upset and frustrated, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location in the future. The security guard's behavior was inappropriate, and I hope the staff receives better training on customer interactions. It's disappointing to be treated this way without any valid reason. - S. Simon

My name is Brian K. and I would like to express my concerns about the store conditions. The store I frequent, located at [redacted] Five-Forks Trickum Rd., Lawrenceville, Ga. [redacted], has some issues that need attention. Upon entering the parking lot, the CVS sign is broken, the building exterior requires cleaning and painting, the sidewalks have gum and stains, the parking lot needs repaving, and the dumpster area is messy. The landscaping also needs maintenance for better visibility. Inside, the area where the carts are kept hasn't been cleaned properly, the floors and windows are dirty, and there are stock organization problems, especially in the vitamin and candy section. The staffing appears inadequate, leading to delays at the registers and overwhelmed pharmacy services. These concerns extend to other stores I have visited as well, such as those on Indian Trail Rd., Cruse Rd. NW, N. Hairston Rd., and Buford Hwy. in Norcross, Lawrenceville, and Stone Mountain, respectively. The overall maintenance of these locations needs improvement to provide a better shopping experience.

I am looking to schedule an appointment online as I have been unable to do so otherwise. I am interested in receiving both the COVID and flu vaccines from the CVS store located at [redacted] Nall Ave, Overland Park, KS [redacted], which I have selected as my preferred location for vaccination. Despite visiting the location recently and witnessing others receiving their shots, I am encountering difficulties booking an appointment online for this specific store. I require assistance in scheduling an appointment for both vaccines and would appreciate speaking with a representative to facilitate this process. I am interested in booking the appointment in person if online booking is unavailable.

I was informed that my medication would be ready at a specific time. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, I was told it wasn't ready and to return in 25 minutes. There was no apology, just an indifferent attitude. If the medication won't be ready as promised, please don't provide the customer with the wrong time. This has occurred multiple times now. I had to drive 45 minutes to reach the pharmacy. I fear this feedback will be ignored, as it seems your customer care team lacks empathy completely.

I have been consistently misled by my pharmacy. I repeatedly visit the pharmacy to address issues, but the information given over the phone is often incorrect. This has been going on for over a year. Despite spending 15 minutes on the phone with them yesterday, the call got disconnected accidentally. My doctor's office has contacted them three times in the past weeks, but until yesterday, they claimed they never received the calls. The medication that should have been filled three weeks ago is still not ready. I am finding it difficult to trust them as each call leads to more misinformation. The staff seems indifferent to the importance of the service they provide. On top of all this, I received a bottle of medication labeled as containing 60 pills, but it only had 30. When I reached out, the pharmacist insisted their count was accurate. I requested a thorough check, and later he admitted the mistake. Now, I am waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be ready weeks ago, as indicated in the app, but the wait continues. This situation is frustrating, with a lack of accountability and basic competence in fulfilling their responsibilities.

I scheduled a flu shot online for 10:45 and arrived at the store at 10:20 to pick up a prescription. After checking in via my phone, I waited for over 45 minutes while several customers checked in at the pharmacy counter. When I inquired about the delay, the employee told me she had to assist another customer who arrived a minute before me. However, I observed inconsistencies in how customers were being served, making me feel ignored and disrespected. The situation escalated when a male employee intervened, and suddenly the same employee needed assistance dispensing shots. I believe there was bias involved as the pharmacist then stepped in to administer my shot after a brief interaction. It appeared that the employee didn't prioritize my appointment and sought help only when challenged. The lack of communication about delays and the inefficiency in service handling left me frustrated. It's essential for staff to improve their customer service skills and be transparent about any issues to provide better service. This experience at CVS on [redacted] High Street, Mt Holly, NJ, was disappointing and could have been handled more effectively.

To CVS Corporate, I have visited CVS Pharmacy store [redacted] at [redacted] East Broadway, Louisville KY [redacted] 16 times since September to obtain my son's medication. Despite the prescriber submitting the necessary preauthorization to OptumRx and approval for the generic medication, the pharmacy has not filled the prescription. The staff's behavior has been disrespectful, laughing at my situation. The pharmacist at another CVS location confirmed the approval but stated I must return to the initial store to pick it up due to it being a narcotic. On my 16th visit to the Broadway store, I was once again told a preauthorization was needed, though it had been submitted. This is a serious matter concerning my son's health, not a joke. The unprofessionalism displayed by the pharmacist is unacceptable. I am willing to escalate this issue should it remain unresolved. Please contact me for further discussion. Best, JC

I recently requested refills for two prescriptions from CVS Caremark on Monday, 10/16/23. I received an email about an hour later confirming the order and stating it would be ready at the local pharmacy on [redacted] Colesville Rd., Silver Spring, MD [redacted]. The next day, I went to pick up the prescriptions between 3:30-4:00 pm on 10/17/23 but was informed they were not ready yet. I received daily notifications on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday that the prescriptions were filled. When I went to pick them up on 10/20/23, only the Meloxicam prescription was ready, not the Azealic Acid, and no reason was given for the delay. I have noticed a disconnect between what the website reports and the actual service at busy pharmacies, likely due to nearby closures. There seems to be a lack of communication about delayed medications. I am considering exploring other options due to the decline in service quality and will be reaching out to local legislators about this issue. Additionally, I have observed a safety concern in several stores regarding storing shipped products in aisles, posing risks to customers, especially seniors and those with limited vision. CVS should improve space planning for storage and display in their stores to prevent these hazards.

Regarding the recent incident at the CVS on Henderson Rd in King Of Prussia, I had a frustrating experience when attempting to pick up my prescription. After being told the pharmacy was closed for lunch when it was not yet the designated time, an employee named Colleen was unprofessional and inflexible. Despite showing the time on my phone, I was not assisted and was instead told to come back later. The gap in service and lack of courtesy were disappointing. The situation could have been easily resolved, but unfortunately, it escalated unnecessarily. The store manager was helpful, but the issue remained unresolved due to the pharmacy's closure. It is concerning that multiple pharmacy employees were on break at the same time, creating a poor customer experience. I hope this was an isolated incident due to the manager's absence and not reflective of standard practice.

I want to report a recurring issue at my local CVS in Newport News on Jefferson and Denbigh. This is the third time they have not had my daughter's prescriptions ready promptly. As a patient with sickle cell, she should not have to wait more than 3 hours for essential medication. The store's excuse of being understaffed is unacceptable. Despite previous complaints, it seems no action has been taken. I demand to speak to a responsible individual regarding this ongoing problem. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further. It is crucial for establishments like CVS to ensure they have adequate staff to provide essential services. Perhaps a change in management is needed to address these recurring problems effectively.
