I visited Orlando for Hollow Scream on September 29th and intended to purchase the Fear Pass but mistakenly selected Tampa. I contacted customer service, was assured a $[redacted].86 refund, but it has been almost a month, and I have not received it. I have been unsuccessful reaching anyone via chat, email, or phone despite waiting for hours. I am looking to escalate this to corporate as I am eager to receive the promised refund.
