Hello, I am Mr. Marley. I bought my stunning Burberry mac (Kensington) from Selfidges in Birmingham a little over two years ago. Despite its high cost, it has been worth every penny. I only wear it occasionally for special events like weddings, but recently, the collar strap has come loose, and one of the metal loops on the belt is falling off. This mac is of such high quality that I wouldn't trust a local haberdashery to repair it. I reached out to the Selfidges store in Birmingham where I purchased it, but they were unhelpful. Therefore, I am contacting you directly as I trust only Burberry to handle any needed repairs. Sincerely, Mr. A. Marley. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you.

Around two years ago, my wife bought a Burberry jacket. Recently, we noticed that the inner lining is making crinkling sounds. To address this issue, I visited the Burberry store in Northbrook Court, Northbrook, Illinois. The employees there explained that this can occur after dry cleaning, something we were not made aware of when we purchased the coat. Unfortunately, I was also informed that there is no warranty on the product after one year. This lack of warranty surprised us, as even Target offers better guarantees. Considering the price of the jacket, we believe it should be repaired, given the absence of proper cleaning instructions or a longer guarantee period.
My interaction with the manager, Amy H., was not as helpful as I had hoped. She advised me to contact customer service, which I did, leading me to write this message. It seems unfair that a reputable brand like Burberry does not provide warranties on its well-crafted products. I am reaching out for guidance on how to address this issue. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I recently encountered an issue with a return at Burberry. I initially returned a scarf but received a bag instead. Unfortunately, the clasp on the bag had problems, so I returned it to exchange for the scarf. However, the store refused to refund the purchase of the bag made on January 12, [redacted], stating that the original scarf was bought on December 1, [redacted]. Despite contacting customer service on February 4 and speaking with Byron, who promised to email the store manager, I never received a response. In the end, I had to settle for another bag. This has left me very dissatisfied with the store's policy and service. I believe Burberry should offer compensation for the inconvenience caused. Good customer service should be a priority in these situations.

I purchased a pair of sneakers, item #[redacted]3, online in size 11 on 12/17/18. Upon trying them on, I found them to be too big. I visited Burberry in the Short Hills Mall in NJ and exchanged them for a smaller size. Despite being informed it would be final sale, I opted to keep the exchanged sneakers.
However, I was deeply offended by the recent news regarding Burberry's controversial hoodie design. It is disheartening to witness such displays of hatred, especially given the diverse customer base that supports these brands. In light of this, I would like to return my purchase for a refund. The sneakers, as mentioned earlier, have not been worn, and I am willing to provide a picture as proof, if necessary.
I kindly request a prompt response to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a beanie on Black Friday. It arrived after approximately 2 weeks, but we missed the delivery. The package was sent back to the post office. When we went to collect it, the staff couldn't locate it. We left a signature to have it redelivered, but it never arrived and is now returning to Burberry. I am very disappointed and frustrated. If this matter remains unresolved, I may resort to legal steps.

I have two gift cards totaling about $[redacted]. Recently, I tried to order a purse online from BB and discovered that both gift cards have a balance of 0. I am certain I have not used them. These cards were received as credit for two returned items. Last year, I made a purchase with them, but then returned the item, and the credit was supposed to go back to the gift cards. Since then, I haven't made any purchases with these cards at BB. Could anyone assist me in reviewing the transactions on these two gift cards? Thank you.

I made my purchases on December 6 during the Burberry sale. However, three days later, my items still haven't been shipped. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that my order is still waiting to be collected. Today, upon contacting them again, I was informed that the products are actually out of stock. This is frustrating as one of the items was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. I would really appreciate any assistance in securing my items back.

On December 26, [redacted], my spouse and I visited your Wrentham, Massachusetts store for an exchange. Despite searching, I found that the store lacked size 12 clothing and the pair of slacks labeled as size 12 was more like a size 8. Your store's sizes seem smaller than others, leading to my disappointment when attempting to return items worth $[redacted].78. The cashier refused a cash refund, insisting I purchase something from the store instead. Frustrated by the lack of options and ill-fitting clothes, I reluctantly bought a purse and coat. This policy, undisclosed prior to shopping, felt restrictive, particularly for women who are not petite. Spending nearly three hours searching for suitable items was disheartening. I hope to see your company address this issue, as I appreciate your clothing but wish to avoid a repeat scenario. Anticipating a prompt response. Thank you.
PS: Although I sought assistance from the General Manager, Catherine M., no solution was provided for my situation.

I received a $[redacted] Burberry gift certificate from a friend and would like to confirm its authenticity. The certificate has a four-digit number on the front top right corner and states it is redeemable for merchandise worth $[redacted]. On the back, it mentions needing store endorsement during purchase to be valid. There are various printed numbers including a unique gift certificate number, store number, and a six-digit number labeled as "Gift Cert. Issued." Additionally, there are transaction and "Res:" numbers along with a "SP:" number with the purchase date and time. I'm uncertain about the authenticity as I couldn't find similar certificates online. I can provide images if needed. Thank you, A. Whitson.
