Hello, I accidentally swiped right on someone I know, and I would rather this not result in an awkward scenario, especially since it could have professional implications for me. While I understand the app's intention not to cause any distress by undoing a 'like,' the person in question likely hasn't seen my profile yet, so there should be a chance to undo this action.
My name is Joe, and I am a user of Bumble with the phone number [redacted]. The individual I mistakenly swiped on is named Toni, and I am confident that there are no other profiles by this name that I interacted with recently.
Please advise me on any possible solutions for this issue. I was simply scrolling through the app, and the accidental swipe has put me in quite a tense situation.
Thank you,
Joe

I recently attempted to access the Bumble app and discovered that my account was blocked due to the lack of a photo. As a new user, it is disheartening to be accused of having a fake profile by some male users. I am sincerely not that type of person, and these accusations are hurtful. I kindly request for my profile to be unblocked so I can upload a photo. This experience has deeply upset me as I have not engaged with many men on the app yet. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for considering my message.

Hello,
I am writing to appeal my ban from Bumble that occurred a few months ago. I acknowledge my past actions on the app were not ideal, fueled by an addiction to the dopamine rush from matching with women. This led me to behave in ways that were distracting, frustrating, and ultimately not in line with your terms of service. I have taken steps to address this addictive behavior, seeking therapy and educating myself on dopamine's effects.
I believe in redemption and kindly request another opportunity to prove myself on your platform. The women I met through Bumble can attest to my respectful and positive interactions. Although I did not fully understand the app's terms at the time, I am committed to abiding by them moving forward.
I would appreciate your consideration in overturning my lifetime ban. Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Ollie

I have noticed unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account dating back to August [redacted]. After reviewing a bank statement on 23/11/[redacted], which I rarely check due to using telephone banking, I found weekly deductions of £7.49. Contacting my bank, Santander, I learned that these withdrawals had been ongoing since August [redacted]. I am unaware of the charges and would not willingly pay this amount. I have experienced significant trauma and health issues since a serious assault in Jan [redacted]. My bank is investigating, and I am prepared to involve the Ombudsman. I have never signed up for "bumble" and will pursue legal action if necessary for exploiting a vulnerable person. I am prepared to seek legal assistance in this matter.

I contacted Discover about requesting refunds for charges from Bumble and Tinder. Despite deleting the apps and profiles, I learned that there is an additional step to disable auto-renewal, which wasn't clear initially. With assistance, I cancelled my subscription today. I am seeking refunds for charges in September, October, and now November, totaling around $40 per month. I can be reached at #[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. -Erik W.

I signed up for a $9.99 Bumble subscription but later deleted the app and canceled it. Bumble assured me that I could still use my subscription until the end date and decide to subscribe again later. Now that I'm back on the app, I can't access the remaining time on my subscription. It hasn't been a week yet, and I should still be able to utilize the services as promised by the support team.

I need assistance with my previous account associated with phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] I have been charged for a second consecutive month for a deleted account. Last month, I requested a refund, but it was denied, with instructions to cancel the subscription in the app store. Despite checking with Verizon Wireless confirming no active subscription, I continue to be charged. I request a refund of $22.49 for charges on 12/9/[redacted] and 11/12/[redacted] on Visa ending in [redacted] and to cease any future charges. Verizon confirmed there is no active subscription. If a refund is not issued, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau. It is inconvenient to have to cancel my debit card because of erroneous charges on an inactive account.

Hello Bumble Support,
I have tried to contact you four times through the Bumble support email to stop the Boost auto-renewal. The instructions I found online were confusing, and I struggled to make them work. This morning, I believe I have successfully managed to stop the auto-renewal. Overall, I am satisfied with Bumble but not with the Boost service I initially paid for once and was automatically renewed twice.
During my first Boost use, I was dissatisfied because all the matches I received were located well beyond the 9-mile limit I set over 2 years ago, some even reaching 60 to [redacted] miles away.
I am requesting a refund for three charges of $9.99 each, totaling $29.97. I made the first payment on Nov 27. The subsequent auto-renewal charges that I couldn't stop were on Nov 4 and Nov 11. I would appreciate a refund for all three charges.
Thank you,
D. Malkind

I enrolled in BumbleBoost for $9.99 weekly around May or June. I used a different phone number to access that account before losing the old phone (a Samsung). I now have a new Apple iPhone with a new number. Despite not using the app since June, I am still being charged. Without access to the old phone's account information, I can't cancel the subscription. I am seeking resolution from Bumble to cancel the subscription and potentially receive a refund for the charges amassed since then, which have already caused significant financial loss. I have tried to address this issue through email with no success.

Hello, my name is Samantha Roye. I am reaching out because my older brother, Brandon Roye, who is 19 years old, uses your app. Brandon has Kallmann syndrome, which causes him to look younger than his actual age, and he is undergoing testosterone treatment for this condition. Unfortunately, his Bumble account was recently deactivated due to not appearing 18 years old, which has greatly affected him. I believe it is unfair that his account was disabled without consideration for his medical condition. I respectfully request that his account be reinstated and recommend implementing a process to prevent similar situations in the future to avoid exclusion and distress for individuals with medical conditions like his.
